**What do you like best about Apteco FastStats?**

So many data analytical tools are available in the market, but Apteco FastStats works seamlessly with Salesforce API. Easy user interface with drag and drop. Also, it is very easy to generate charts and diagrams to demonstrate.

**What do you dislike about Apteco FastStats?**

The platform is easy to use but some features are hard to use for not technical people and fewer details are provided in the documentation so documentation can be improved.

**What problems is Apteco FastStats solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Apteco FastState to analyze customers' feedback for our products. We take decisions to upgrade the product by looking at the customers' feedback and that becomes very easy with data visualization.
