For hiring, the most beneficial feature is their easy-to-use integration with the most common third-party job boards. The ability to have everything in one interface has been a big time saver. I want more reporting to support the services, as well as it needs an option to help reach diverse groups. Need to have ways to auto junk applications that are not complete or not within a 50-mile radius. I have had people from India apply for a Die Chaser that pays $13 an hour. ApplicantStack is simple to use, and quite basic in its layout. It's helpful to be able to see whether an applicant has applied before, and to create templates for commonly sent messages. ApplicantStack doesn't track EEO data, and it apparently doesn't play well with many sites like Zip Recruiter. We are trying to get away from Indeed for several reasons, and ZipRecruiter won't integrate with ApplicantStack because it's so "basic." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
