We started using it when we were only reviewing about 20–30 applicants a month, and it scaled with us as we grew. Their onboarding option is thr best I've seen. Other systems we tried looked nice but didn’t offer much flexibility, especially when it came to customizing our career page. Our office utilizes it for our day to day and it helps us keep track of everything across all of our admin staff. It is easy to use and easy to teach to new people. We have never had issues with it crashing, which is amazing! I encourage everyone to use it! **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** There are no downsides! That's what is amazing! **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to keep up with new hires, and those who are reapplying.
