Too many clicks to update an applicant. The automated system is simple to use. Can export and print applications for paper use. **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** The application does not automatically save while applicants are completing it, so they are required to complete the whole section at one time. Within our application process, this is difficult because we require lengthier and thoughtful responses. Answers to the questions are also not easy to read while in the application, it is best to export the file and save elsewhere. **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a more automated system has saved time within the application process, and allows our recruiters to spend more time elsewhere. **Official Response from Daniel Saunders:** > Thank you for leaving a review for ApplicantStack. I like how when I search a candidate it has the job they applied to next to the name. **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** I dislike how AppStack does not have reporting options. I would like to see how many candidates that applied are in each stage. Also, there is no number for me to call and talk to a real person. It's all through email, which is difficult when I have an immediate need. **Recommendations to others considering ApplicantStack:** I recommend that you get a good contact person to deal with at AppStack. **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Applicant Stack allows for the candidate experience to be controlled in one forum. I also think that all documents should transfer to the caregiver profile once completed. **Recommendations to others considering ApplicantStack:** Link the stage setting "interview scheduled" to set an appointment in office calendar. Have onboarding paperwork transfer automatically into caregiver file in clear care. have an option to make the same customization to all elements. EX. all email signatures be automatic for each user. **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. **Official Response from Jennifer Grill:** > Thank you for your review. Easy to launch posting to other job boards at no cost. **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** Not the most user-friendly, wish it was easier to make updates. Copy and paste for job descriptions doesn't work well, you have to fix the format. We recommend not using the copy & paste directly into the job listing since we want to make sure your jobs look the best across multiple sites and on multiple devices. When you copy from Word (as an example), it adds a bunch of extra formatting. We highly recommend pasting as plain text and using the tools within ApplicantStack to add in the formatting. We can assist you on how to change the job status but it should be a simple click of a button. You should see a green button that includes all of your active status' and a red button for the inactive status'. ### 9.
