Tracking stages for applicants. **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** Closing jobs could use more options rather than canceling or being on hold. Being able to upload documents for applicants to complete in PDF form and submit back to the file. **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Job postings for applicants, tracking of the interview hiring stage, HRIS system to link to our internal HRIS. The menu bar on the right side is horrid. It is very time-consuming to use. **Recommendations to others considering ApplicantStack:** Consider something else. They have a way to go before they understand how to make an easy to use web site. If you choose AppStack, then spend a LOT of time learning navigation that is totally backwards. Most actions you want to take are on the far right and you will miss them if you aren't looking for them. **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Filtering through new candidates. Ok for a small company **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2017 **What do you like best about ApplicantStack?** It does allow a very easy application process for the applicant which is great and very important. **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** Lack of call in support Lack of unified candidate profile so you have to read through every application to see the history with the company No ability to opt in to a talent community No ability to submit a resume for future openings New interface doesn't allow you to see all of your openings at once and the headers don't scroll **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a very inexpensive tool to accept online applications. **Official Response from Jennifer Grill:** > Hi! Since this review is anonymous, I do not have a way of contacting you to get more information about the issue you described regarding the "unified candidate profile." I am not really sure what you mean by that. Can you please contact our support team? We do not offer phone support (unless you have the enterprise plan). This allows for us to have multiple team members on a support ticket. Sometimes the question needs to go directly to the development team for input. By generating tickets it allows multiple teams to collaborate on the best solution and the best response to you as the user. We also want to make sure we have accountability on all issues. Our response rate is recorded. In addition, not having phone support keeps our product at a reasonable cost (which you mentioned is a plus). I forwarded the other items on your list to our development team. We are always open to feedback and suggestions. We really take these very seriously. When applicants apply. I can email them straight from website. **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** Doesn't appear to update if applicant gets the job.
