You no longer have to worry about maintaining separate files across different locations. The program’s performance is top-tier. You can always reach out for support and help if there are any issues with the software. **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** nothing! i truly think this program is for the betterment of my company. We have multiple users who are able to access all the data that we need to do the onboarding process. I think this program is so great! **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Applicant stack benefits my company for a number of reasons including all the benefits of safekeeping employees personal information and hiring documents in one place. The program does have AI technology that included being able to search for employees and send out all the documents. The programs price point is also not pad for all the employees we have. ### 2. It's nice not having to jump between a bunch of different tools just to keep track of applicants and where they are in the hiring process. Posting jobs and reviewing candidates is pretty straightforward, and the workflow customization has helped cut down on some repetitive tasks for our team. Overall it's made staying organized a lot easier and has saved us a decent amount of time. **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** One thing I don't like is that some parts of the interface can feel a little dated and take a few extra clicks to get where you want to go. There are also areas where more customization and reporting options would be nice, especially when trying to pull specific information quickly. It's not a dealbreaker by any means, but a few UI updates would make day to day use smoother. **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** ApplicantStack has helped keep the hiring process organized and cut down on a lot of the back and forth that comes with recruiting. Instead of tracking candidates through emails and spreadsheets, everything is in one place and it's easier to see where each applicant is in the process. It's also made communication and collaboration between team members a lot smoother, which has saved time and helped us move candidates through the hiring process faster. ### 3.
