Ability to capture pictures of required personal documents and ability to add any form and customize fillable fields/signatures/dates. We've worked with other programs like this, but none with as many customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Each document that has been virtually signed has to downloaded individually. We would like to be able to download an entire onboarding packet at once. We would also like to see some improvements in the way that WOTC documents are completed. For example, the WOTC 9061 in our onboarding packet only requires a date of birth if the person is under the age of 40, but applicant stack will not let anyone move on unless a birthday is entered. I like the layout of the system. Adding new candidates is very easy, and everyone pulls over from sites like Indeed and Google automatically. The onboarding function is great as well and saves me a lot of time with bringing on new employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The recruitment side keeps all your applications in one place and allows you the option to text (!!) or email. It's neat and orderly and helps me with time management. The onboarding side keeps all the paperwork in one place, eliminates all the copying of forms and looks so much more professional than what we were previously doing. There is a steep learning curve when you first start because it's a very vast program and can do SO much. However, they have a very comprehensive learning library that, if you take the time to watch and learn, teaches you everything you need to know. ApplicantStack is both a job posting portal as well as an onboarding tool.

You can easily categorize applicants based on your interest and interactions with them during the recruitment process.

The platform was developed by HR Professionals for HR Professionals. The platform is very easy to understand. Creating a job opening is a breeze and sending applications to your staff only takes a few clicks of the mouse. The search history is very user-friendly. Reports are at your finger tips.
