ApplicantStack is extremely easy to set up and use. We were able to get an account and create a job post within minutes. There are a lot of features to help customize your hiring processes and the system is generally very flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

ApplicantStack doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of other ATS software. However, if you are just looking to create a few requisitions and don't need the fluff, ApplicantStack is an easy-to-use affordable option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

Enjoy that Applicant Stack allows us to automate collecting and distributing candidates to hiring managers with all kinds of customization options available. It takes time to learn all the functionality that it has. It takes time to modify the application form to your specifications, but it saves so much time on the back end that it is well worth the time investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

I haven't been able to implement their new onboarding section - it's an additional fee - I tested it but haven't been able to devote the time needed to make it functional, so not yet investing in this new module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time savings by automating the application process - routing candidates directly to managers. Addition of screening questions allows us more efficiency in the screening process. Managers enjoy the ability to see all candidates coming in - the transparency of the process. What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I love the knockout questions! It makes it so much easier for me to pre-screen candidates by eliminating those who don't meet the minimum requirements. I save a ton of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that there isn't an option to refresh the job postings easily. A simple button to bring the jobs back to the top of the feeds every so many days would be ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
