"Great to manage postings and Applicants and Onboarding"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

The workflow is good, the onboarding module is so valuable, and the ability to text candidates is a must. When we can go from app to paperwork to floor with such ease it is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since this review is anonymous, I do not have a way of contacting you to get more information about the issue you described. Can you please contact our support team? Our product does allow multiple hiring managers and you have two options when moving candidates to different jobs, You can either use Set to Job which moved the entire record to the new job or Add to a job which copies the candidate to the new job. We also have a property that will enable candidates to apply for your job multiple times. Please contact our support team if you want more information.

"Moderately intuitive process with a useful scoring feature"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I like the scoring capability. I like being able to sort by each category. I like using my own email templates and the ability to delay messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

I feel like I had to learn a new vocabulary in regards to learning the stages. We use it across departments and every hiring manager seems to use it differently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decent Platform, Slow Service"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

The platform is intuitive and easy to use. The team has really enjoyed using it and has simplified our hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

The support and help to get setup was struggling. Slow response times, unknown resolutions and a ghosting for a few weeks before our main hiring season and therefore had to drop the software and go back to our old way of doing it. After many emails and discussions they helped get it setup as it should and we launched 1 year later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
