What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

The best feature of ApplicantStack is the ease of texting candidates—this help with reaching candidates swiftly and proactively. I highly recommend this ATS for this helpful feature alone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

I'm not too fond of the inability of ApplicantStack to keep candidate profiles properly loaded when multiple tabs are open. The multitasking capabilities are near nonexistent. "Streamlined Tracking During Hiring"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

ApplicantStack is a great tool to track applicants and move them to the onboarding stage. I've used this product for 3 years and our company has been very pleased with their customer service, pricing, and user friendly website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

It's hard to know where to go for every feature. It would be helpful if ApplicantStack had tutorials when you first start using it. This is mainly an issue for new users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Oraganized and easy to use"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I like that you can categorize the applicants to where you want to " file" them. I also like that you can ask pre qualifying questions. Also, if you cant find them , there are many ways to search for the candidate, by phone number, address, name. Its awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

I don't like the fact that when i send an email, it ususally lands in their spam folder. I also wish that the prequalifying questions would cancel out the applicant if they answered No to a question. "Applicant Stack helps keep me and my team organized"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I am able to keep myself and my team organized. It's perfect for a new business that is not large, but large enough to need a system to keep them organized. As a new small business, I am always looking for inexpensive ways to manage my clients, teams, and keep organized, as well as compete with the big dogs, without letting everyone know that I am a smaller organization. "Highly Customizable"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

A lot of layers to the platform that allow you to tailor the workload of candidates to suit your unique needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

Lack of wizardry set up for workflows. Not highly intuitive, must remember all the fields in different areas of the software to modify before you can design your workflows. There is no automation connectivity between these fields. It takes a lot of training to understand proper set up since there are a lot of settings options. Also, you cannot delete an Application Workflow if there are current candidates in that workflow AND there is not a way to see which candidates are active in that workflow so you can reassign them to another workflow and delete the older one you want to get rid of.

There isn't a way to block a user from seeing their own interview notes, etc. after they are hired. e.g., we hired an HR manager and they naturally are now an admin in ApplicantStack. They can see their interview notes. Also, e.g., we hired a Sr. Manager and they now are a "hiring manager" in ApplicantStack, but we can't block him from seeing his interview notes and comments from interviewers. This could be disastrous to the employee relationship if they misinterpret someone's comments in the interview notes or commentary / ratings in ApplicantStack. What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

ApplicantStack is helping us keep a pipeline of active candidates and automate certain messages to the candidates. It also streamlines who needs to see the candidates and take specific action. In addition, it keeps all candidates and their interview notes in a central location. It also allows us to keep all message/communication threads in a central location. What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

Completely easy to use; I highly enjoy the ease of use in posting my job to other websites (company site, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) Same with the ability to create other users that have access to the same job, that saves me time in having to send applicants' resumes to that specific job's hiring manager. Applicant stack has been an absolute lifesaver for our business. We had such a bottleneck with filtering applications and following through with the onboarding process.
