The streamline ApplicantStack has brought an ease to recruiting, interviewing, tracking recruitment process, ensurance that all are using the same forms, and collecting feedback. We were able to implement the system within weeks and the ability to customize allows the system to be very user friendly. The system can connect to business outlook and it allows for notifications to all hiring managers. This allows manager to go into the system and responded quickly. The one thing that I don't like about ApplicantStack is when someone is rehired and the application is moved to the Hired stage, it doesn't allow for you to resend onboarding paperwork for the new position. You have to manipulate the old onboarding packet and change the stage back to new. Doing this makes the onboarding paperwork show multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There really isn't a way to track duplicates (exspecially if they change their email address) The updated documents does not auto update it's manually done.
