"Success in a few quick clicks"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

ApplicantStack caters to easability. The format of the site is simple, configuring job workflows is an easy process. Being able to identify talent in a few quick clicks helps keep our Recruiting efforts optimal. What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I like the ease of navigation with the entire system. From posting a job, to viewing applications, to the onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

The one thing that I don't like about ApplicantStack is when someone is rehired and the application is moved to the Hired stage, it doesn't allow for you to resend onboarding paperwork for the new position. You have to manipulate the old onboarding packet and change the stage back to new. Doing this makes the onboarding paperwork show multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not knowing how to fully use all the tools, but theres great videos online and customer service help. Once you get it, its the best. Its very easy to intregrate to your background check companies, and you save time with frequent tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

You are able to get 80% of our onboarding completed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

There really isn't a way to track duplicates (exspecially if they change their email address) The updated documents does not auto update it's manually done. Also, I put in 3 tickets about an issue and was emailed a closed case email but no one took care of the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Duplicate accounts. Also, our ad states if you do not list in a specific state do not apply. However, people still do but on the initial application portion we have a questionnaire for them to fill out and it repeats that they do not live in that state. It shouldn't allow anyone to apply and that is not the case. More filters should be able to be used to screen new applicantants Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I use Applicant Stack everyday and it's my favorite of all the onboarding platforms that I use for recruiting. It's so easy to access my documents and go through applicant information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

I wish we could connect the info from AppStack to our company's software so I didn't have to input everything for each applicant we hire on. I would love some kind of report that could be run where it pulls the prominent info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I hate when applicants have more then one application. The applications need to be combined if you have applied for more then one position, it shoule show in their profile all the applications and allow us to send onboarding if they are a rehire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
