The system does it all including call recording and acts as a virtual PBX. I also like that the owners of the software update and improve it regularly.
I also like the app. Now I can contact clients from my Smartphone and have the call flow through my Twilio number instead of my cell phone. I don't like giving out my cell phone for business.
What do you dislike?
It's hosted on my server. I am trying to move away from hosting and would prefer a solution that SAAS. But for now I have a server so it is not a problem.
