**What do you like best about Aircall?**

We’ve had a very positive experience with Aircall so far. It has become a key part of our call center operations, especially as we scale across multiple business units. It’s a very user-friendly tool, and it’s constantly being updated—especially within the AI tools. Call quality and platform stability have been solid. We manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and Aircall has handled this reliably. By centralizing our communication and improving agent productivity, we’ve been able to optimize our team’s performance without needing to significantly increase headcount. The time savings and operational visibility alone justify the investment. Onboarding was smooth, and the support team has been responsive whenever needed. Additionally, the availability of resources and documentation has made it easy to explore more advanced features over time. One unexpected advantage has been the ability to leverage analytics and insights to improve not just operations, but also training and quality assurance. We’ve been able to identify patterns in calls and refine our processes in a more data-driven way.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

One limitation we’ve encountered is around SMS capabilities. While Aircall supports one-to-one messaging effectively, it does not natively offer robust tools for running mass SMS marketing campaigns.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to leverage analytics and insights to improve not just operations, but also training and quality assurance. We’ve been able to identify patterns in calls and refine our processes in a more data-driven way.

  ### 2. Avoid this service at all costs! 4 months later still can't text!

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Nothing because they weren't able to deliver on a core function: texting never worked

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Aircall couldn't deliver on their service promised.  4 months later I still can't text after going back and forth with their support team fixing the supposed issue.  They kept blaming it on upstream provider and giving new reasons why I can't text, I would fix them wait forever only to be denied texting again.  This went on for over 3 months with about 5 exchanges back and forth until I had enough and asked to cancel.   When I go to cancel they basically said too bad, you signed a year long contract and have continued to charge me even though I ported all my phone numbers back to old service provider.  I run a sales organization and lost a lot of business because my reps couldn't text customers.  What a waste of time and energy and not to mention 5 months of charges (over $2,000). DO NOT GO WITH THIS PHONE PROVIDER!!!

They didn't solve nay of my problems

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Very easy it is to integrate into existing workflows. The setup is straightforward, and the integration with tools like CRM systems or comm tools (Front) platforms makes it much easier to keep communication centralized. 

I also like the visibility it gives teams through shared call histories, tagging, and analytics, which helps with collaboration and follow-ups. From an operational perspective, it’s quite intuitive for teams to adopt quickly without heavy training. AI features too: call summary & topics

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Reliability can sometimes be inconsistent, particularly when call quality drops or there are delays in connecting calls. 

The structure on mapping/creating workflows is still quite manually

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting our call to the rest of the workflow, centralising communication in a cloud-based solution, which means call information, notes, and customer history are automatically synchronized to other systems

improved visibility and collaboration around customer communication. Overall, it helps streamline communication workflows and gives better insight into call activity and performance.

I appreciate the exceptional ease of use, rapid setup, and seamless CRM integrations (specifically HubSpot and Salesforce). It's easy to navigate and you. can save contact details, make a call with a touch of one button. the call transcripts are amazing in helping you see what was discussed on the call. Their customer is easily reachable and swift in assisting and their knowledge base has very useful information.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Sometimes missed calls just appear without the phone ringing but I later found that this is a routing issue after reaching out  to their customer, they helped me with properly setting up routing and I did not have a missed call problem anymore

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall centralizes calls, contacts, and data into one platform with integrations (e.g. CRM tools) and it gives teams dedicated business numbers and centralized communication tracking.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I use Aircall for after-hours services for a Homecare Agency in the US, and it solves a lot of problems for me. It never fails to notify me of an incoming call, which is a common issue with most inbound call tools. I like Aircall because it is very accurate to the voice received and is very independent. I value the voice messaging system the most because it clearly picks up everything in the call and conveys it perfectly. The initial setup of Aircall was also very easy.

Aircall never fails to notify me of incoming calls and has a very clear and precise voice messaging system.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I love that with Aircall, I can text with clients while on a call, which means they can send me documents and other things I need right away. This feature saves time because I don't have to ask them to send an email or use another method. The text feature is especially valuable because it also helps me avoid being marked as spam. Additionally, Aircall provides a call summary that is very specific, which helps me remember past conversations with clients without needing to recall everything myself. The setup was pretty easy, and Aircall is super user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I don't really think I have negative things to say about Aircall. What I would really like is to have an option to call multiple numbers. If they don't answer, then go to the next one.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aircall to call different clients across states. I like that I can text clients during calls to receive needed documents, avoiding emails. It also keeps me from appearing in spam mode and provides call summaries, helping me recall past conversations.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I find Aircall to be a reliable phone service that works really well for me. I like its ease of use and how easy it is to look at calls made, missed calls, and voice messages. The call history feature is particularly valuable as it allows me to clearly see when I've missed a call and the history of calls made. This feature, along with voicemail, is absolutely essential. Another great thing I like is the ability to assign tasks and calls to different people, which is very important. The initial setup was also super easy; just download and go.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

The user interface takes a little getting used to. Clicking the green plus sign to initiate a call is not super intuitive. Closing out a task and calls is also not super intuitive, but it does work well.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall provides reliable phone services with voicemail, caller ID, and messaging. Its ease of use and the ability to view call history streamline communication for my team. Assigning tasks and calls to different people is very important.

I love the transcription feature of Aircall, which utilizes AI to transcribe entire phone calls into text. This function is incredibly useful as it saves me from having to listen to lengthy conversations to find specific information, such as an apartment number or an email address. With the transcription readily available, I can quickly locate any details needed without disturbing the customer with additional questions. The ease of navigation within the app and the consolidation of communication features into a single platform enhance my workflow significantly. Moreover, the setup process was intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to integrate into our operations and train new users.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Sometimes Aircall can be slow or laggy, which affects its performance. This might be partly due to my not very high-end laptop, but I use other applications that do not exhibit the same sluggishness. Aircall tends to be slower compared to these other applications, and I believe improvement in this area would enhance its ease of use significantly.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I find Aircall really helpful for my job, especially since it shows incoming calls in an easy-to-use tab. Everything about it is very easy to follow, and I love that after each call, I can take notes without worrying about a time limit, which relieves a lot of pressure. What I like most is the simplicity of the tabs; I can easily see the conversations, calls, messages, and use features like the power dialer without needing an introduction. It's so intuitive that I can start using it immediately without confusion. The power dialer is particularly valuable as it automatically sets my availability to unavailable when I make outbound calls, which is great because it takes care of that for me, even if I forget. The messages tab is also convenient for talking to customers. Additionally, setting up Aircall was a breeze—I just followed an email, entered my credentials, and downloaded the app. Everything is sorted out, and for incoming calls, I just click accept or decline. I'd definitely give Aircall a 10 for recommendation because it's so easy to use, even for someone new.

I love the 'assign a call' feature in Aircall as it ensures that the right department helps the client by allowing us to assign calls across the team. The voicemail transcription feature is also great because it saves us time; we can quickly get an overview of the problem without having to listen to long voicemails. The initial setup of Aircall was pretty easy too.

We sometimes have issues with notifications from Aircall that don't appear. We had issues in the past where some people wouldn't receive the notifications from the app. We suggest fixing this issue as it can create frustrations within the team and clients.

Aircall solves the problem of separate conversations on different phones, providing a team overview of calls. The "assign a call" feature ensures the right department helps customers, and voicemail transcription saves time by summarizing problems without listening to lengthy voicemails.

I really like how Aircall provides very clear calls with no disturbance, making it easy to connect calls. The call quality is great, and I've experienced no call drops in the nine or ten months I've been using it. I feel the software is great and would highly recommend it, especially for international calls. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up, taking only forty to sixty seconds to download and get login credentials. Another thing I like is their after-sales and customer service, where they keep sending feedback emails and updates, which help improve our work processes.

Aircall handles our constant back-and-forth, inbound and outbound calls effortlessly. The call quality is great, with no drops and clear voice clarity. It's perfect for international calls, which we rely on heavily at work.

I really like the recording of calls feature and the mobile phone app integration in Aircall. The ability to record calls helps us revisit what was said during conversations with customers, which is incredibly useful. The mobile app integration is a big help, especially for techs taking calls out in the field.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

It's a bit buggy with integrations. We have it integrated with Front, and regularly it will show a call is ringing when it is not. Even if you go to close it, it will often continue the ringtone after the call is ended. The initial setup was kinda tough, and their tech support is not great.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aircall for daily business phones, handling IT support calls, and after-hours queues. It helps techs take calls in the field, and recording calls aids in revisiting conversations with customers.

Aircall's connectivity was bad, no matter what audio device or wireless network or a 5G network, including in different cities. Call quality was poor, and callers could not hear us.  Warning: two-factor authentication texts from six-digit phone numbers don’t reach Aircall, preventing me from logging into government websites. Customer service was slow to confirm this problem and unresponsive when I tried to cancel my account. I had to involve the legal department because my account was not canceled, and I couldn't remove my payment card. Instructions provided for cancellation are inconsistent. I first requested cancellation over 4 months ago and am unable to cancel myself through my owner account, billing me for 3 more months. Aircall overpromised on its capabilities and partnership with Monday.com integration.  The Aircall setup process over promised and under delivered, even with customer service assistance.

Aircall has failed to solve any of my problems. I await cancellation.

I like that I can text and call from the computer and keep my AirPods connected to my computer, not switching back and forth from phone to computer. It feels more productive, especially sending text messages, as I can type from a keyboard instead of on my phone, and it's absolutely vital to have for our sales org in my opinion. The initial setup was super simple and easy, so much so that I don't even remember setting it up.

The integration with HubSpot has failed more than a few times, which is a common complaint from our team. It can be quite frustrating because sometimes I have to open a new tab to make a call instead of it opening in the same window, which is what I prefer. Also, occasionally the phone number doesn't appear in the phone window, which can be a bit annoying.

Aircall eliminates the need to use personal phones for calls, reducing distractions and increasing productivity by allowing calls and texts from the computer, which is crucial for our sales team.

It’s not that I dislike it, but it would be nice if the call didn’t disappear from the “Assigned to” tab once you place the call. I’d prefer to be able to clear it manually, since sometimes a single call doesn’t actually lead to a resolution.

It’s really improving communication between departments, since I can easily find coworkers in other areas and transfer the call. The soft-transfer and cold-transfer options are also very handy, and they work great in these cases.

I don't know if it is possible, but it would be of great help if there was a function that detects the number and who is calling. Today we name the numbers with either name or restaurant name, but if the number is not named it makes it harder for us to know/creates an extra step where we have to check and search manually for who is calling. Another feature that would be nice is if we could take notes in aircall, maybe leave a few sentences what the call was about or some helpful information that the next person could have use for, today we can only leave a TAG - a headline for what the call was regarding.

It is easy to use and reliable! It makes my work very easy and I can both fast and efficiently get in touch with important persons in my work using aircall.

The power dialer doesn't work very well, so I'm having to use it through HubSpot rather than the dialer.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I like that Aircall's interface is large and is a pop-up window, making everything easy to see. It allows me to quickly see all of the contact info I need to look at. I can easily hit Alt-Tab on my keyboard to switch to Aircall, helping me text customers or see my status. The pop-up window also allows one to see slightly behind it, which is helpful. I find Aircall very user-friendly, and despite never having used it before, I feel very comfortable navigating it now. It's easy to use even for someone new to the software.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

The only thing that would be very beneficial is when the icon is shrunk down. When I'm not using Aircall but it's open, I wish there was a way to indicate that I was available or unavailable. Sometimes I don't remember if I marked myself available or not after I finish a task. It would be really nice if there were a red icon or a green icon to indicate my availability.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall solves communication problems by allowing us to provide phone support to customers, which is often more effective than emails or texts. This helps address IT issues directly.

What I like most is that Aircall is integrated into our CRM system, which makes calling leads very fast. I really like the simplicity of clicking directly on the contact's number and needing just one more click to call. Additionally, Aircall's power dialer makes the work easier and faster, which I find to be a great thing. I find the initial setup of Aircall very easy.

I think everything is great. What could be possible is if the integration with the CRM happens even faster, so that you can immediately see on Aircall who you have called.

Not sure what I like best yet.  I still have not found the great things about it.

We recently switched over to Aircall from another phone platform. It’s still very new to me, but so far, I find it a bit hard to navigate. It’s not as user-friendly as I expected, and it doesn’t seem to have everything in one place like our previous system did. You have to click through several areas to find what you’re looking for, which kind of defeats the purpose of using it. Maybe with more time and updates, it’ll become easier to use—but for now, I’m still adjusting.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, Aircall helps us handle calls as a team and keeps our communication organized in one system. It makes it easy to see who’s available.  Even though I’m still learning my way around, this is supposed to be how it’s meant to make teamwork and call management smoother once you get comfortable with it.

Occasionally, the desktop app fails to connect, and I have to end the task before it will reconnect. While this issue might be related to our system's firewall or our network connection, it becomes frustrating to have to reset the app so frequently.

The transcripts and call analysis have improved our communication with customers. The AI-generated breakdowns of calls have made it easier for us to identify areas where extra tasks are necessary to better assist our clients.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I love Aircall's ease of use and ease of integration, especially with my CRM of choice, HubSpot. It's the easiest platform to set up and connect with HubSpot. I also appreciate the great capabilities Aircall has in terms of integration with CallRail, which allows for routing marketing leads from CallRail directly into Aircall. The willingness to integrate with other applications that provide SIP trunking is a major boon for me. The client service engagement provided by the Aircall team is fantastic, and the setup was super easy, with the ability to quickly deploy additional phone numbers using templates. The speed at which we can get it set up and integrated within the HubSpot CRM is unmatched and is why I like to recommend Aircall to friends, colleagues, and clients.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Probably the thing that could be improved the most about Aircall isn't really an issue with Aircall, but more with HubSpot. The mobile experience on HubSpot doesn't allow third-party calling providers to be utilized to hit the call button within the HubSpot mobile app. However, Aircall's mobile app is quite robust, allowing us to make calls easily on the go. I just wish the context of our CRM database was more readily available on the Aircall mobile app.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall solves the problem of easily integrating a calling solution within our CRM, allowing us to record and transcribe conversations, display contextual CRM prompts, and quickly onboard new reps, enhancing our workflow efficiency.

Aircall records customer calls when it doesn't drop out.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Service is ok until you want to cancel the membership. There is no phone number to talk to anyone, and filling out forms to get in touch to ensure your cancellation is confirmed was met with an auto-response from their own form email setup saying their email address isn't being monitored, leading to no ability to talk to anyone. Fast forward a few weeks, and over $9K was deducted from our account. I had raised 3 tickets and emailed over 5 times, and still no response from anyone. I finally got in touch with someone from a different department who told me they would put me in touch with the correct department. They assured me they would look into it, but it's almost been a month now and still no response. I am now reporting them as a scam and to Fair Trading. Customer service, or at least someone who answers. A monitored email address, a hotline to call, abide by their own rules for contract cancellation. Integrations didn't work well. Not the easiest initial setup, and the extra monthly charges were not set out, we spent a lot more money than what we thought we were signing up for.

I use Aircall to call customers from Zoho CRM for solar sales. It allows me to message and call from the same number and from the same dialer screen, which is awesome. The dialer is extremely useful and the tools for templates are easy to use. It's very easy, quick, and efficient to follow up and send sales and marketing SMS.

I wish it also automatically registered the name of the person from the CRM, not just the number for the person listed in the dialer.

Aircall allows me to call and message customers from the same number and dialer screen. The dialer is extremely useful, and the tools for templates are easy to use, making it efficient to send sales and marketing SMS.

I use Aircall for speed dialing and to speak with my clients and look for new clients. It works really well. I like how the application saves all the information that gets to it. Also, the way you can use free lines is perfect, and it's really fast. It's a great tool for keeping in touch with my customers and clients in real time, with very few issues about connection. Setting it up was really easy, taking only about ten minutes, so I was already using it quickly.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Well, sometimes, due to connection issues, it could be glitchy. Or I could just get disconnected, but that is not on a normal basis. It just happens maybe because I just stump it with work. But for the most part, it works really well.

I use Aircall for speed dialing and client communication. It lets me communicate with my clients very fast, solving the communication problem I had with other systems. It's also crucial for team communication.
