"Agentforce Sales Supercharges CRM with AI-Driven Automation and Recommendations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I like how Agentforce Sales combines the core CRM capabilities of Sales Cloud with AI agents that can automate repetitive sales work, provide intelligent recommendations, and help sellers focus more on customer relationships and closing deals. The ability to use CRM data and business context to support prospecting, pipeline management, account research, and opportunity updates is especially valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The main challenge is the complexity. Agentforce Sales has many powerful features, but configuration, customization, and integration can become difficult to manage, especially in large organizations with complex business processes. I would also like to see simpler setup, easier troubleshooting, and clearer visibility into how AI-driven actions and recommendations are determined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sales cloud implementation feedback"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The platform's flexibility for customization is a huge strength — from custom objects and workflows to CPQ configurations, it scales well to complex enterprise sales processes without needing to bolt on too many external tools. The native AI layer (Agentforce) is a meaningful step up from the old Einstein features — it's starting to genuinely surface actionable insights and automate parts of the sales workflow rather than just tacking predictions onto reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

It’s little bit complex to setup and for large enterprises licensing is bit tedious Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Connected Salesforce Funnel Unifies Leads Across Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I value most is having the commercial funnel connected to the rest of the Salesforce stack. In a large health insurance operation, leads come from many channels, and bringing sales data closer to Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud helps our CRM and commercial teams work from the same view of the prospect. Agentforce has been useful in a specific sales vertical, where the agent receives the lead, qualifies it and hands it over to a human seller with the conversation context. Permissions and governance also matter a lot in healthcare, where we handle sensitive data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Cost is hard to predict. Core licenses, AI features and consumption based pricing add up, and building a business case takes a lot of effort. Getting real value from agents depends heavily on data quality and integration work, which takes months and usually requires an implementation partner. WhatsApp, the main customer channel in Brazil, still depends on third party providers and custom setup to work well with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Sales Platform with AI Insights and Strong Pipeline Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like most about Agentforce Sales is that it brings sales activities, customer data, and AI-powered insights together in a single platform. It helps automate routine tasks, offers useful guidance for prioritizing opportunities, and gives sales teams clearer visibility into the pipeline. As a result, they can spend more time building customer relationships and focusing on closing deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The biggest drawback is that the platform can feel complex and often requires significant configuration and training, especially for new users. Some workflows also take too many clicks to complete, and setting up customization or integrations can demand extra administrative effort. The AI-generated insights are helpful, but they still need to be reviewed to ensure accuracy and relevance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales Unifies Data, Pipeline Visibility, and AI Insights in One Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Sales is how it connects sales process, customer data, pipeline visibility, and AI assistance into one workflow. It helps sales teams move from simply tracking opportunities to getting timely insights, recommended next actions, and better collaboration across teams.

From a CIO perspective, the biggest value is that it can standardize global sales operations while also providing AI-driven productivity and management visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I dislike most is that it can become complex and costly if the implementation is not well governed. Too much customization, poor data quality, or unclear sales processes can make the system harder for users to adopt.

The value is strong, but it requires disciplined process design, clean data, user training, and ongoing governance to avoid becoming just another reporting tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, extendable platform but not without its flaws"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

It’s expendable. If I want to build something for my team that doesn’t exist already, I just can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Oh, you don't want to get me started. Although it’s an extendable platform, there so many limitations, many of which are arbitrary, that become a real pain. One simple example is that a BEFORE Flow can’t call an Apex action. I understand why you’d want to prevent that, but a trigger can do it… so it seems like you could put an “I understand the risks” stop gap and let me build some apex that a before flow can use. Again, this is just one small example of an endless book of silly limitations or incomplete solutions Salesforce has in place that make it an imperfect platform serious developers often prefer to stay away from. "Agentforce Sales AI Agents: A Game-Changer for Productivity and Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

As someone who's been in the Salesforce ecosystem for a while, the rebrand to Agentforce Sales isn't just a name change — it reflects a genuine shift in how the platform works. Here's what stands out to me:

### What I Like Best

**The AI agents are a game-changer.** The autonomous AI agents built into the core platform have fundamentally changed how I spend my day. Before, I was buried in data entry, research, and scheduling — the kind of work that eats into actual selling time. Now, Agentforce handles a huge chunk of that for me, and I can focus on building relationships and closing deals.

**Personalized outreach at scale.** One of my favorite features is the ability to generate brand-aligned, personalized outreach for every prospect. It's not generic template stuff — the messaging actually feels tailored, and I've noticed prospects responding faster and more positively.

**The unified performance hub.** Having a single place to view sales performance, agent activity, and prioritized next steps keeps me organized and focused. I'm not jumping between dashboards or tabs trying to piece together where I stand — it's all right there.

**Real productivity gains.** This isn't just marketing hype. I've personally experienced a noticeable drop in time spent on admin work, and my pipeline is moving faster. The stats I've seen — 30–40% less admin time, 25% higher lead conversions — track with my own experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

### Areas for Improvement

**Cost and complexity.** Let's be honest — Agentforce Sales isn't cheap, and the learning curve can be steep, especially for smaller teams. The depth of features is impressive, but it can feel overwhelming if you don't have a dedicated admin or implementation partner.

**Customization takes effort.** While the low-code/no-code approach is a step in the right direction, getting everything dialed in to match your specific sales process still requires time and expertise.

### Bottom Line

Agentforce Sales is the most significant evolution of Sales Cloud I've seen. The AI agents aren't a bolt-on gimmick — they're woven into the platform in a way that genuinely makes me more productive. If you're already in the Salesforce ecosystem and your team is ready to embrace AI-assisted selling, it's worth the investment. Just go in with realistic expectations about the setup and cost. "AgentForce Power"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Agentforce Sales is helpful because it simplifies sales management by keeping customer, lead, and opportunity information all in one place. It enables sales teams to track their pipeline more easily, automate routine tasks and follow-ups, and improve collaboration across the team, which ultimately saves time. The reporting and dashboards also offer useful insights into sales performance, helping teams make better decisions faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The least helpful aspect of Agentforce Sales is that it can sometimes be complex to set up and customize, especially for new users. It can take a while to learn all of its features, and when you’re managing large amounts of data, the overall experience can occasionally feel overwhelming. Some of the more advanced features may also require additional training and/or extra configuration before you can use them effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce made Sales Cloud something our reps and leaders actually talk to"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The topics-and-actions model is the right abstraction. We run an SDR agent with custom qualification topics on inbound leads, an autonomous sales management agent, and an internal analyst agent that answers pipeline questions in plain language from governed Salesforce data. Invocable Apex becomes an agent action, so existing business logic turns into agent skills without a rebuild. It sits on the same data, sharing model, and permissions we already trust, and Agent Script gives real control over behavior instead of a black box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Deployability lags the runtime. Prompt templates do not auto-activate after a deploy and return empty instead of erroring. Some newer agent configurations cannot yet be retrieved through the Metadata API, so promoting them between environments takes workarounds. Grounding discipline is on you: loose instructions can let an agent reuse an earlier answer instead of calling its action again, so test multi-turn conversations carefully. The licensing SKU list is a lot to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
