"Scalable CRM for Modern Enterprise Sales Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

From an implementation perspective, Sales Cloud integrates well with other Salesforce products such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft, making it a strong platform for enterprise digital transformation rather than just a CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

One challenge is that the platform has a learning curve. Without proper governance, organizations may over-customize the system, making future maintenance more difficult. Successful implementation requires thoughtful data modeling, security design, and user adoption planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automations, Steep Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I like the automations and workflows in Agentforce Sales that help ensure no opportunities are missed, especially those close to closing or at risk. The full 360 customer view through the Sales Cloud is really beneficial. I also appreciate the reports and dashboards, which can be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly, giving the executives and board a quick glance at the business status and allowing them to see any risky opportunities that need saving. Additionally, having access to Agentforce Sales on mobile is a big plus, as it lets me check everything I can on the desktop while on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The complexity of Agentforce Sales is quite overwhelming, particularly when it comes to creating workflows, as there's a significant learning curve involved. You have to learn flows and Apex, Salesforce's developer language, to create automations, which isn't easy for everyone. Troubleshooting workflows requires going into the debug logs and creating fault parts, adding to the difficulty. Although there are auditing tools to see changes made, the integration feels like it should be smoother and less trouble-prone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Driven Sales Insights and Automation Right Inside Salesforce"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Sales is how it brings AI-driven intelligence directly into the sales workflow. It can surface relevant insights, automate repetitive tasks, and help sellers take action without leaving Salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The biggest challenge is the complexity that can come with implementing and governing Agentforce at enterprise scale. Getting consistent, high-quality results requires clean CRM data, well-designed processes, strong security controls, and careful management of customizations and AI actions. "All-in-One Sales Platform with Powerful Automation and Flexibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Sales is how it brings the entire sales process into one connected platform. Having leads, accounts, opportunities, activities, forecasting, and customer history in one place gives sales teams a clear view of the pipeline and reduces the need to jump between tools.

I also like the flexibility and automation. Workflows can be customized to fit different sales processes, while newer Agentforce capabilities can assist with prospect research, lead nurturing, CRM updates, meeting preparation, and next-step recommendations. That combination can reduce administrative work and give reps more time to focus on customer relationships and closing opportunities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The main drawback is that Agentforce Sales can feel complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. There are many configuration options, workflows, and features, which can require significant training and administration. Customization is powerful, but it can also make implementation and maintenance time-consuming. Some AI and automation features may also require careful setup and monitoring to ensure the information and recommendations are accurate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Customizable Sales Platform with Powerful AI, Automation, and Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like most about Agentforce Sales is how flexible and customizable it is. We can manage the entire sales process in one place, and tailor it to our business needs using Flow, Apex, LWCs, approvals, and integrations.

I also appreciate the addition of Agentforce and its AI capabilities. They can help reduce manual work, quickly surface relevant customer and opportunity information, and improve overall productivity. On top of that, the reporting and dashboards, along with the automation and integration options, make it a very powerful platform for both sales teams and developers. "Agentforce Sales Streamlines Lead Management with Powerful Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like about Agentforce Sales is its ability to centralize customer information, manage leads, and track sales activities all in one place. This makes the sales process more streamlined, improves collaboration across teams, and offers useful insights into customer interactions. The automation features also cut down on manual work, so sales teams can spend more time building customer relationships and closing deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Agentforce Sales can be complex to set up and navigate, especially for new users. Customization and integration can also require technical expertise, and the overall cost may be high for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales Feels Like an Active Sales Assistant, Not Just a CRM"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Sales Cloud) is that it’s moving beyond being just a CRM database into something closer to an active sales assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I dislike most about Agentforce Sales is that it can feel overly complex and require significant configuration to get the full value from it. The platform is very powerful, but that also means the user experience can become cluttered, adoption can vary across teams, and sellers may still spend too much time maintaining CRM data. I would also like to see the AI capabilities become more seamless, easier to trust, and more immediately useful in day-to-day selling without requiring extensive setup. "Flexible No-Code Power with Apex Extensibility That Scales Across Business Units"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

As an admin, I appreciate how much you can accomplish without code, but also how much room there is to extend things with Apex when a process gets complex. It scales well across multiple business units and programs, which matters a lot in my role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Governor limits and the general complexity of managing a large org with lots of automation can slow things down. It also takes a lot of testing to make sure Flows and Apex triggers don't conflict with each other as the org grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Platform That Scales with the Business"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I like having data, reporting, automation, and day-to-day work all connected in one platform. It gives us a much clearer view of what’s happening across the organization, and it makes it easier to build processes that are consistent, scalable, and straightforward for users to follow.

For me, the biggest value is that the platform can grow and change with the business, rather than becoming another system we have to work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

There are often multiple ways to solve the same problem, and deciding on the right approach can take more time than actually building it.

Licensing and feature differences can also be confusing, especially as you start using more of the Salesforce ecosystem. Sometimes it is not immediately clear what is included, what requires another license, or which product is really intended to solve a particular need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
