What do you dislike about Zingtree?

Logic capabilities need mass improvement. If you are doing basic walk through that do not require a lot of logic. It is a great application. If you need to start adding decisions based on math or other logic, it cannot handle it was well as one may need. It is a great application for what it does. Just not one that will work for everyone. What do you like best about Zingtree?

Zingtree is a great everyday tool for our medical call center staff. Our administrative processes - booking an exam, follow up, payments and documentation are quite complex and without the clear and easy to follow descriptions in Zingtree our agents would feel lost and overwhelmed.

The advanced decision trees, supported by Zingtree enable them to navigate stress free through different cases and combinations of factors.

The platform is great for onboarding new employees and for keeping all of our procedures in one place - easy to maintain, manage and update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
