Zingtree has become a core tool for our day‑to‑day operations, especially for guiding agents through complex workflows without needing constant supervisor intervention. The drag‑and‑drop decision tree builder is very intuitive and allows us to quickly update logic as policies change, which has saved us hours each week compared to maintaining static documentation. We regularly use its integrations with tools like Zendesk and Salesforce so agents can launch decision trees directly from tickets, keeping everything fast and consistent. Performance has been reliable even with large trees, and version control makes it easy to audit changes or roll back when needed. From a pricing and ROI standpoint, Zingtree pays for itself by reducing handle time, training time, and errors, and their support team has been responsive and helpful during onboarding. One unexpected benefit has been the built‑in analytics, which give us insight into where users get stuck and which paths are most common, allowing us to continuously optimize both the trees and the underlying processes.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

While Zingtree has been very useful overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. As decision trees grow more complex, the interface can feel a bit cluttered, and navigating larger trees would be easier with more advanced visualization or zooming options. Some customizations like more granular UI styling or conditional formatting require workarounds rather than being natively supported. Over the past year, I've noticed that Zingtree has made great strides in improving its interface and features. The new integrations and API enhancements have made it much easier to connect with other tools in our workflow.  These updates have made it more efficient to build, test, and optimize flows.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

While Zingtree has improved significantly, there's still room for growth in terms of visual customization. More advanced formatting options for text, images, and videos would be useful, along with additional design elements like custom themes, icons, and interactive components. Improving version control or offering a change-tracking system would also help teams collaborate more effectively.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

Minimal improvisation. Correct script adherence. Real error reduction. I love the integration it has with my contact center SaaS. It is very user-friendly when using it within my contact center SaaS. My team of agents' performance has improved. The cost is a bit high, but it has been worth it. I would like to explore more of what can be done with AI. There was support at the beginning, and I haven't used support to improve it.

He is very rigid, and does not support the agent in resolving doubts at the moment, or suggestions.

Reduced to zero the number of errors in how to prepare our patients. The well-trained agent, with the support of Zingtree, follows the scripts.

Sometimes the reporting aspect of Zingtree can be difficult to use and depending on the report you pull, it doesn't pull all of the required information. In addition, some reports do not download early in the morning (UK time), which  I have raised to be investigated

It allows users to have a hub of knowledge at their fingertips about all our processes. In addition, for new starters coming onboard to the business, it's a good place to start to familiarise themselves with the vast amount of products and services we deliver- speeding up their embedding within the company

User friendly tool to build or to use. Many different capabilities that will help a lot different needs for a company.

Well it is crucial for my company to have capability for more subfolders (more than 5) as we have a lot complex different flows. 

Also, it would be helpfull for us to have more simple capabilities to replace scripting so we can build on our own.

Guided flows are a huge benefit for our agents especially due to multiple different and complex flows. Agents do not need to remember information by heart since Zingtree will guide them step-by step. 
Another great benefit is the capability to connect an API or other integrations with different systems so we can pass on information between.

I really like how easy it is to build the trees internally with Zingtree. It cuts down the need for dev time, meaning we can solve problems in minutes instead of days, weeks, or even months. This simplification really helps in reviewing complex processes without needing assistance. Additionally, for customers, it boosts the self-service journey, enhancing their capability to handle inquiries.

I think the creation of the European data center is a big kind of challenge for us, making sure that data stays within the EU.

I find Zingtree to be a great tool for our website, helping walk our users through complex business processes. It's very easy to use, and the user interface is intuitive, making it simple to adjust existing trees. I really appreciate how easy it is to embed Zingtree or send links to the trees, which really suits our process. Managing and updating decision trees became super straightforward with Zingtree, and onboarding was incredibly easy. I like that Zingtree is easy to use and delegate to team members to collaborate on for improvements and implementation. The initial setup was very easy and required very little developer involvement. We switched from our 'build your own' solution to this, which has been beneficial.

It's getting difficult to find where we implemented Zingtree's — the UI could be improved to help us locate where they are.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

Still nice people and great service. Can be great depending on what you are trying to do with it.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

Logic capabilities need mass improvement. If you are doing basic walk through that do not require a lot of logic. It is a great application. If you need to start adding decisions based on math or other logic, it cannot handle it was well as one may need. It is a great application for what it does. Just not one that will work for everyone. 

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They seem to always be improving and upgrading their systems often adding more features and making it easier to use. It makes it easier to design more robust front and backends. The feedback on new rollouts I make from the tools they give me are always getting better as both Zingtree and myself are improving. It has allowed us to standardize both agents abilities to work with customers and send information to them as well as increased the productivity and efficiency. It has increased first call resolution and decreased the average handling times of our agents a significant amount. It also allows us to set up easy methods for contractors and customers to troubleshoot most things before contacting our agents to help also reduce handling times.

Over the years the team has heard some of the suggestions we have send them and have created amazing and easy to use features related to AI and dynamic conditions.

I'd like to see a more active knowledge base/community but in essence all is great right now

It allows me to use centralized modules that can be called into several other trees; this makes creating new trees a breeze because just referencing the Library entry is all that's needed.

We first used Zingtree to help our hiring managers choose the right offer letter for a candidate - they select variables like "new or returning" "11 month or school year employee," "exempt or non," tenure, reduced hours, and a few other factors. This solved the problem of staff getting the wrong version of our offer letter . Next, we used it to help our operations team choose the right type of leave an employee needs. So they answer questions like "new child, injury/illness, military, personal" and then "injury/illness that happened at work or outside of work" etc. This solves the problem of employees being offered the wrong type of leave. We've even used it for fun "quizzes" related to our wellbeing program! Honestly the uses are endless. They save a lot of brainspace too.

Its simplicity. A lot of other toosl in the same place I are overly complicated to use - including other no-code solutions. I was up and running and finalizing long-standing projects within an hour or two of implementing Zingtree. At the same time, when I needed to get into more complicated areas, the Knoweldge Base communicty and customer support contacts were very helpful.

I had a number of challenges with 3rd part integrations and with leveraging external data connections. While I do use the reporting features monthly, they could be easier to manage and schedule.

We wanted to build self-service broad assessment tools. Allow a user to answer a few questions and give them a broad answer based on their responses. We needed something more robust, however, than simple survey-like forms and branching logic. Zingtree fits in that space quite well for us.

Also, for very complex trees with a large number of nodes and branches, navigating and managing them within the editor can become a little cumbersome. As of right now, I'm not really happy with the level of support.  Our entire business depends on this operating normally, and the fact that we can only open a ticket or send an email for an urgent issue is tough.  For example, all day yesterday we had to pay our entire staff to sit there doing nothing all day because Zingtree has a bug.  We've emailed the support team constantly and are hearing back hours and hours later if at all.

The agent doe snot has to figure out whether or not someone meets a specific criteria or qualifies for something, they just ask the scripted questions, enter the answer, and the script will proceed according to the information that is built into it

I dislike the back end/admin side of Zingtree. It can be very complicated and requires a substantial amount of bandwidth, whenever I want to review form data reports my computer starts to lag and sometimes makes chrome completely crash on my computer.

Zinbgtree has solved a significant amount of issues from agent error or human error. When the qualifications are placed in the script, and the rebuttals are easily accessible, this leaves little room for agents to make mistakes and helps ensure efficiency and quality.

I love how Zingtree takes all of the guesswork out of the equation for an agent using this platform for scripting while taking calls, and qualifying callers. This dynamic scripting tool will allow you to put all qualifying factors into a tree, and depending on what answer the agent selects, the script will determine what page they see next, whether it's another qualifying question, an ending to the call, or a transfer. You could also integrate your dialer so that when you reach a certain page in the script, the script will transfer the call. I also love the reporting features that Zingtree offers, they allow you to track everything an agent clicked on, and what they saw, on every call they took.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

The only disadvantage about Zingtree is there seems to always be a delay waiting for the script to pop up at the beginning of calls. This lag makes it a little awkward for new users to start the introduction of their calls. The other disadvantage is that if you rely on Zingtree for scripting, qualifying, and transferring calls, you will be temporarily out of business if and when the server goes down and there are any tech issues.

The only issue with Zingtree is a slight lag at the beginning of calls, causing the script to take several seconds to pop up when a call comes in.

Fast, fluid platform with options for integration.  Good, attentitive customer service and start up support.  They are frequently updating there product to make it meet the ever changing needs of the business landscape.  The also can integrate with your organizations technology.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

Customization to meet org's needs requires coding manipulation.  Wish that they were more plug and plug templates available.

Zingtree provide a flexible digital platform for process and procedural documentation.  It can also intergrate with our systems to connect all parts of the process.

Quick and easy to edit the trees.  We could build out hierarchical processes or qeustions trees quickly.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

Zingtree is very small company, so getting help can occasionally require some patience.  However, they have always been very helpful once you reach them.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented a Live Chat system, and we needed a simple method to document FAQs and other information for our Live Chat Agents.  Zingtree provided that solution, and integrated easily with ZendDesk, so our ZingTree info is only one click away for our Agents.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

Zingtree totally changes how we make decision trees and guides. It's super easy to use, which I love. Dragging and dropping makes building trees a breeze. The visuals make complex stuff simple. Plus, the interactive design keeps users engaged. It's way beyond what I expected!

Plus, the analytics and reports were a headache. The data was unclear, and the reports lacked detail. It was tough to figure out how users were using our content. We felt pretty lost without better insights.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

Zingtree is very user friendly and is intuitive. My team was able to become self-sufficient in building complex decision trees with only a short training session. The decision trees that we design in Zingtree is taking the ambiguity out of the decision making for our customer service agents, and is enabling a more consistent and streamlined process.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

The only aspect that took a bit longer to figure out was making the summary nodes so that based on the users responses, it would summarise the outcomes for the user. But after a few different tress with this feature, my team has started to get the hang of it.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zingtree is a great tool for guiding users through a structured journey to making complex decisions. It means that users don't need to memorise every single step in a process, they only need to know which Zingtree decision tree to use and they're all set! It is saving time for both the customer facing agents, back office agents, and the customer.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

ZingTree has allowed us to offer Knowledge resources for our Customer Service team that are years ahead of our previously used software. Being able to tailor content in the form of process flow decision trees, internal knowledge articles, or even external self-service resources to deflect contacts has given us the flexibility to continue growing in efficiency gains even now after 3 years of using their product. The software has paid for itself many times over with the reduction in AHT that we have experienced, and their support staff is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

The only limitation we've run into thus far with the software is in using it for multiple markets that might share content, and locking down which content displays based on market location. We've found an acceptable solution for now, and their development team is working with us for a more permanent programmatic solution.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZingTree has allowed us to format our more complex customer service processes into easy-to-follow workflows that even the newest employee can follow. This has allowed us to vastly decrease the number of contacts that previously had to be escalated to Tier-2 specialists for help. Our agents are much more empowered in their abilities than what could previously be achieved with our out-of-the box article-only style knowledge base. Their new AI search is also going to help speed up the amount of time CSRs spend looking for solutions.

The interactive decision trees ensure consistent handling of calls, while customization options allow us to tailor the system to our needs. Despite a learning curve and limited visual customization, Zingtree has significantly improved our efficiency and customer satisfaction.
