What do you like best about Zingtree?

I find Zingtree to be a great tool for our website, helping walk our users through complex business processes. It's very easy to use, and the user interface is intuitive, making it simple to adjust existing trees. I really appreciate how easy it is to embed Zingtree or send links to the trees, which really suits our process. Managing and updating decision trees became super straightforward with Zingtree, and onboarding was incredibly easy. What do you like best about Zingtree?

I really like the scripting in Zingtree. I appreciate the empathy used in the scripting, which enhances my experience by keeping the call on track and helping me focus on what I should be asking the patient. It's just a great program. What do you dislike about Zingtree?

What do you dislike about Zingtree?

Logic capabilities need mass improvement. If you are doing basic walk through that do not require a lot of logic. It is a great application. If you need to start adding decisions based on math or other logic, it cannot handle it was well as one may need. It is a great application for what it does. Just not one that will work for everyone. Thank you for the review! We love hearing that the “no code” part is working for you.

We’re actively working on improving the reporting section. For now, the fastest way to track down a specific session is usually Session Troubleshooting or the Session List report. And if you’re trying to find “the session where X happened,” the Form Data Report is handy since you can filter by a variable and pull up the session from there.

On the multi-select request: today, the closest workaround is copying from a node, where you can choose to copy just that node or copy the full downstream branch from that point into another tree. If you tell us a bit about what you’re trying to move, our team can suggest the fastest way to do it and log the ask with product.
