The paths can be helpful for agents who are beginners. It provides step by step instructions which can be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zingtree? I think that the user interface of Zingtree has room for improvement. The new alpha search function is a step in the right direction, but it can be challenging to navigate the paths of Zingtree. I would love for there to be a function where agents are able to view all information in one path on one page.This would allow agents to use Zingtree more frequently since they would not have to click through a whole path each time. What do you dislike about Zingtree? Sometimes the system goes down which then leaves the users stuck.
