**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

What I like best about Zingtree is the ease of use. I like the fact that everything is user-friendly and that you can easily navigate through the flow's without any trouble and all the information is at your finger tips.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

The only dislike I have for Zingtree is the fact that everything looks really plane. I also dislike the fact that it does not pop up automatically and any information added requires it to be open again.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It resolves the problem with agents having to look up information while on a call, it also minimizes the AHT and makes agents more effecient while handling customer interactions.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

Very user friendly and super easy to learn. There are a ton of options and ways you can customize your own tree. I love that I can pull a lot of information off of Five9 and add it into a new tree.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

Sometimes depending on the tree and how much information we are pulling in can cause the system to slow down quite a bit. I would love to see some more options as far as customization on our own data or variables.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zingtree has helped solved script issues and allowed us to make a more uniform experience for customers. It has increased our productivity a ton and help keep track of agents that are using it correctly.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

The paths can be helpful for agents who are beginners. It provides step by step instructions which can be helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

I think that the user interface of Zingtree has room for improvement. The new alpha search function is a step in the right direction, but it can be challenging to navigate the paths of Zingtree. I would love for there to be a function where agents are able to view all information in one path on one page.This would allow agents to use Zingtree more frequently since they would not have to click through a whole path each time.

There also needs to be an easier way to copy a link to a specific node to send to colleagues.

Zingtree is our knowledge management system for customer service representatives (agents). This is where agents can find information on how to solve a users inquiry.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

I like the fact that zingtree allows you to build in the qualifications and data, this way the agents on the phone do not have to think much about whether or not a caller qualifies, due to their situation, or even the area they are located in.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

I do not like how complex the backend of zingtree is, this has been something that has been a challenge for me to grasp. The admin side of zingtree is confusing but it also tends to make my systen lag whenever I try to pull reports.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zingtree has helped my company improve on quality by helping the agents on the phone avoid human error. This is because the dynamic scripting does all of the thinking for the agent and leaves very little room for error.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

I love that Zingtree really listens to its customers. They continually ask for feedback and truly listen. As I have been involved with different beta programs or feedback sessions, many suggestions have been implemented far quicker than I would have ever expected. It has been surprising how much effort they put into understanding our needs and making changes that have a positive impact on our use of the product.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

I have run into a very small number of issues after updates to the UI. But their support team has been incredibly quick and receptive to resolving the issue and exceeding my expectations with their support.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our product is highly technical. With an entry-level position for our support staff, it has been a constant struggle to find ways to provide the help they need to understand and resolve an issue our members experience. Zingtree has been a very effective solution. We can take the knowledge from training as well as continual feedback from our product quality team to provide quick up to date diagnostics to our front-end. This has decreased handle time, and increased our satisfaction, one-call resolution rate, and our parts and service costs.

Ease of integration and management, maintenance is a breeze, can be handed over to anyone without technical knowledge.

We chose zingtree over other competitors because of everything listed above

For our organization,  there have been no downsides or anything not realized with the solution. 

Being able to add video of technical processes would be helpful for the agent to fully explain the steps in greater detail

Zingtree is making the troubleshooting of our equipment for our support agents much simpler and in a much easier to follow format, before zingtree we used custom screen flows for troubleshooting which were very time consuming to create, maintain and manage overall

I love that Zingtree can be used for so many different types of processes and that I don't need a coding background to use it. The tutorials and support team have been extremely helpful as I learn to use the tool. Overall, I love using Zingtree and am excited to see how it helps our team.

I wish the reporting in Zingtree were more cohesive. There is so much information but it's spread out in multiple reports making it harder to gather and understand.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

There is a great deal of flexibility to Zingtree when creating decision trees that support teams can use! It is also straight forward as an author or a user when using the tool.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

This is currently being worked on, but having an integrated search would be helpful for our support teams! Currently the search tool is not as robust in either the authoring tool or in the agent portal. It can be a bit more finicky than expected.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to the complexity of our product, Zingtree is helpful in breaking down the complexity into simple steps for agents. Through having very set paths in the decision trees, it allows for agents to find the right solution to the problem that they have a majority of the time. Typically in the past, it took some time for agents to resolve complex issues. With Zingtree, it has reduced the agent handling time for our support agents!

It is easy to follow once scripting is set up.  The flow moves seamlessly from page to page making this an easy to use system.

Sometimes the system goes down which then leaves the users stuck.  Scripts can be very slow to load which is unacceptable when these scripts are the backbone of your business.

My favorite aspect of Zingtree is that it allows me to challenge myself to find creative ways to display information. I love using expressions to guide the user through a step-by-step process that will only show valuable information to them in their situation. I love bringing simplicity and clarity to a problematic issue through Zingtree.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

I struggled to use their internal Knowledge Base to find the information I needed to solve my problem. Many articles are geared toward new users and include information I already know, but digging deeper into certain aspects of the topic would be great.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel that Zingtree is very personable in solving the problems that we have and bugs that we find. We have a personal consultant who is very responsive to our needs. In one instance, I had an idea I wanted to implement, and they took their time creating an example to make that idea a reality.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

My favorite part of ZingTree is how easy it is to navigate and build. I also really enjoyed learning its full capabilities and testing it with what our business needs are. The people like Debbie have also been a great part of working with ZingTree.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

Reporting continues to be an area of opportunity for us as as we work towards improving our adoption rates. A lof of our reporting asks are down the pipeline so these dislikes hopefully should be obselete in the near future. Multiple authors being in the workflow or information not being saved when migrating over copies of trees have also caused some disruption for us.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us eliminate after work worksheets and instead have them coincidingly use the tool to provide a consistent, great customer experience. It is also our hope that it will improve overall call metrics as well like after call work time, average handle times, as well as improving CSAT scores to build loyal customers.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

ZT allows me to make process-flows easily. We use them for step-by-step education and guidance in our organization. It is an excellent resource for agents! Complex situations can be broken down and agents can see what to do in an organized, easy to perform, way.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

ZT has a way for emails to be sent while an agent is in a process flow. In theory this is great but at times there can be a lag of a few hours for the emails to be sent.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZT allows agents to have a resource to remind them or educate them on how to handle situations. For new agents, it guides them through every situation. They likely do not remember everything they learned in training. For seasoned agents, it helps them in complex or infrequent situations. All of this helps agents answer questions more effectively.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

Zingtree is simple and straightforward to understand and start building treess to support a myriad of use cases in business.  The tool allows for on the fly customization to meet the growing needs of the business.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

There are a few buggy / glitches that pop up now and again. Nothing debilitating that prohibits the trees from being released, but we've definitely experienced delays on our ability to pivot and roll out updates to trees.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Zingtree internally to test which SKU collection is most profitable, how to speak to customers / guide them through problem solving while on a call, where to find information to common questions, and among other solutions, how to monitor quality of experts talking to customers.

Zingtree is a game-changer in terms of the ability to quickly overhaul policies and processes, with day 1 benefits upon launching. Moving from an internal legacy tool to Zingtree leap-frogged years of internal development.

The biggest challenge with Zingtree is socialising with internal stakeholders vs issues with the tool itself!

Zingtree supports both internal support agents and a b2b consumer facing solution. Having the same provider for both use cases yields significant efficiencies.

What i like is that we can go ahead and have everything very specific regarding any issue the consumer may have, and it does specify exactly the step we can take and follow regarding the consumer's issue

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

Sometimes it is a little slow. It gets laggy. Sometimes the process that has to be taken by another flow because it is not working properly and that we do not have the consumers on the line for a long time.

Zinktree solves basically all of our problems because it guides us to all of our processes when we are troubleshooting with the consumer and it benefits us because if we get stuck in a call zinktree has all of our solutions bascli and all names of parts we need to now.

What I find most helpful is the ability to have content presented stepwise. Following from one instruction to the next as the call flows.

I dislike not being able to search Zingtree by customer scenarios. For example search for a call flow based on the request of the customer.

Zingtree is helping us centralize our knowledge articles and SOPs where everyone in the company can access and use.
I find that we are more efficient when our operating processes are found in one place.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

What I like the most about zingtree is how useful it turns when providing service to my consumers as we follow a flow that cannot fail because according to what the consumer answers, it has the next step to follow, for example if the consumers says that their product no longer lights up not eveen when switching sections then you know that warranty exchange woud be required and that is lovely.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

I dislike that everynow and then it has bugs and does not copy the information properly as it is link to Gladly therefore I think that you folks should look into getting the proper adjustments for those bugs to be minimum and that would gratly improve the experience using zingtree as well as Gladly

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZingTree is solving issues such as looking for a supervisor because I do not know what to reply to the specific consumer. Whatever my consumer reply is, it always has an accurate answer. It saves time and keeps consumer frustration away because they get frustrated when you do not know how to reply to their inquiries.

It's easy and very efficient, all you have to do is follow the flow that best suits the problem or issue that you are working on.  Also love the fact that it integrates with gladly.

I believe it is not so much of zingtree itself having problems, rather the flows that are input.  Sometimes it acts somewhat slow but that case is not on a regular basis.

I'm able to use an iFrame to embed zingtree in another tool, and pipe in all the variables I need. I love that I can create flexible, internal logic in Zingtree to make some really nuanced decisions without writing any code.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

The loading time in the editor can take a while if you've gotten to a "larger" size tree. The end user experience is still quick, so no issues there.

We're able to collect and quantify some interesting qualitative data with an easy to use agent interface. It has helped us to tell some more complex user stories by piping feedback through a repeatable decisison tree.

Zingtree is very easy to use and implement, and the updates to the user interface in mid-2022 made scriptwriting much easier. Their support team is excellent and quick to respond. The variety of use of the tool - both internally (agent-facing) or externally (customer-guided) - really aids in a lot of use cases.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

Some of the features that were part of their classic version were not brought over into the new UI. I understand that many of them are currently on the roadmap.

Zingtree has allowed us to take our archaic processes for patient guidance scripting and make them much easier to create, follow, edit, and train on. It also allows us to validate information better and gather additional contextual information during our phone calls.

Efficiency, it helps the agents get through calls quickly; therefore the call becomes more efficient which ultimately leads to a fantastic patient experience. I definitely reccomend.

Glitches. It does not work the best in correspondence with Glocom and therefore causes continouos glitches from time to time that requires assistance from the phone company.

It is solving the issue of not having a consistent knowledge center that can be used in accordance with natural profession throughout each call. The combination of the two enhances the user experience.

It's as simple to use as a well-programmed and clear "Power Point Point and Click" presentation; this tool achieves its purpose perfectly, achieving an easy flow for the user that can be molded as needed.

There are a couple of bugs and system crashes that affect our performance when it comes to time; loading times are long, and there are several cases when the system falls, stopping us from working.

**What do you like best about Zingtree?**

Zingtree is an extremely flexible platform that allows me to spin up logic trees for things like agent training, user onboarding, and data collection in ways that are as simple and straightforward or nuanced and complex as I need.

**What do you dislike about Zingtree?**

When passing variable values into Zingtree from another system (ex: sending user data into the decision tree to power logic), you cannot select the type of variable used in Zingtree. (ex: I pass a string consisting only of numbers into Zingtree & Zingtree interprets as a number). It is a very small detail and definitely one I can work around.

**What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever deploying a new initiative, I'm able to create a guide for agents which helps to support their training or allows us to a/b test on the fly.  We can also collect much more complex data by giving an easy to use system to our end uers.

I like that Zingtree allows its users to make precise decision trees. I also like that we are able to send emails directly from the trees to our customers.

I dislike that there are some formatting issues with the new version of Zingtree and some bugs that need to be fixed.
