What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

I use WellnessLiving for my Dance & Pilates studio and find scheduling and taking prepayments super easy. It offers clients various options like casual, concession card, membership, or course purchases. It's very easy to follow for staff and clients, and the support is excellent. I appreciate how it has many additional options like a customized client app, forms for clients, and an AI help assistant—all of which you can use if needed, allowing you to pay according to your needs. It's an overall excellent all-in-one solution for my type of business. The initial setup was very easy for me. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague. What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?

I like the support I get with the application whenever I need it. The AI feature is spectacular, and the staff consistently reach out to offer support. I love that my clients can use the system without needing help from me; it's so intuitive that even my older clients can manage it themselves. I like that WellnessLiving is easy for myself, my staff, and my clients to use. The setup allows me to create all kinds of different classes, events, and appointments for my clients to choose from. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

We have loved using wellness living as our booking platform for our fitness studio for the past 5 years! Their customer service is like no other. You can always speak to a live tech support person, or you can also easily chat with a quick question. If you have to leave a call back number they actually call you back. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

It is very customizable. We were very easily able to set it up to function exactly the way we wanted it to for our boutique personal training studio. The software is intuitive and you can easily navigate to the funstion you need in multiple different ways. The onboarding was comprehensive and the customer support has been amazing. What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?

I think one of the only complaints we have is that sometimes it can be a little slow to reflect changes in the staff elevate app. For example, if you cancel or reschedule a client in the app, it may take time to be able to viaibly see the change on the schedule. WellnessLiving makes running a business easy. Everything is all in one place. We have detailed profiles for all of our clients, their attendance and spending history. We can plan events and send marketing emails all from WellnessLiving. This saves time and money having everything on one platform. Their customer service is top notch! If I ever get stuck or need to learn a new feature, their team is quick to respond. The thing I love the most is they are always improving and adding new features! Setting up the classes and making changes to classes in WellnessLiving can be a bit challenging. Also, the onboarding process feels overwhelming with lots of information and questions. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

I’ve used all the major fitness studio software platforms over the years, and I’ve been with WellnessLiving for a few years now. Hands down, it’s the easiest and most user-friendly system I’ve worked with. The layout is super modern and intuitive, which makes a big difference when you’re in it every day.

One of my favorite features is that you can message clients directly from within the platform- this has been huge for us in keeping communication organized and consistent!!! The reporting is really solid and easy to pull what you need, and our clients love how simple the app is to use on their end :).
