**What do you like best about WellnessLiving?**

I love how helpful and supportive the team at WellnessLiving is, especially Aaron, who made it a point to maintain a great customer relationship. It's impressive how he goes out of his way to help customers. I also really like the platform changes—they've improved a lot technologically, and the tools are better now. The private app they offer keeps everything organized, which I find really handy. I appreciate how the scheduling feature makes my studio management easier. Plus, the collaboration works great with my website, allowing people to book classes directly, and it integrates well with ClassPass. I would definitely recommend WellnessLiving to others because of the great team and effective features.

**What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?**

In the beginning, the platform was a little hard to understand. There are also some areas for technological improvement and colors that could be better. I think the merchant teams could be a bit more advanced in terms of their admin capabilities. Even though they get back to us quickly, there's always room to grow in making the platform easier to understand. They send a lot of emails, which could be streamlined.

WellnessLiving keeps everything organized, simplifies scheduling, and makes admin work and taxes easy. The platform has a helpful private app, enhancing studio operations.

**What do you like best about WellnessLiving?**

I use WellnessLiving for my Dance & Pilates studio and find scheduling and taking prepayments super easy. It offers clients various options like casual, concession card, membership, or course purchases. It's very easy to follow for staff and clients, and the support is excellent. I appreciate how it has many additional options like a customized client app, forms for clients, and an AI help assistant—all of which you can use if needed, allowing you to pay according to your needs. It's an overall excellent all-in-one solution for my type of business. The initial setup was very easy for me. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?**

Just that courses are named events and cannot be purchased in the same location as, for example, class passes. That was my only issue.

There's just a ton to utilize on the web, so sometimes I don't feel like I'm taking advantage of all of it. Just because there would be so much more to learn.

We have loved using wellness living as our booking platform for our fitness studio for the past 5 years! Their customer service is like no other. You can always speak to a live tech support person, or you can also easily chat with a quick question. If you have to leave a call back number they actually call you back. And if you miss the call they will email you to set up a good time to call again. Nothing but positive things to say!

Sometimes the software can be a bit complicated as there are so many bells and whistles.

The best part about WellnessLiving is how seamlessly everything is integrated. From client management and billing to email and SMS communication, it handles everything in one place. It’s incredibly intuitive and has saved us hours each week. The automation features alone are worth it.

There’s a bit of a learning curve in the beginning because there’s so much functionality, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. Their support team is also very responsive, which helps a lot during onboarding.

WellnessLiving has helped us eliminate the need for multiple disconnected systems by centralizing everything into one platform. Before, we were juggling separate tools for scheduling, billing, email campaigns, texting, and reporting—which was time-consuming and inefficient.

With WellnessLiving, everything is streamlined. We can easily track client activity, manage memberships and payments, and communicate effectively through automated emails and texts. **What do you like best about WellnessLiving?**

It is very customizable. We were very easily able to set it up to function exactly the way we wanted it to for our boutique personal training studio. The software is intuitive and you can easily navigate to the funstion you need in multiple different ways. The onboarding was comprehensive and the customer support has been amazing. We were given contact info for dedicated reps in all stages of the process of switching to this software and they were all great.

**What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?**

I think one of the only complaints we have is that sometimes it can be a little slow to reflect changes in the staff elevate app. For example, if you cancel or reschedule a client in the app, it may take time to be able to viaibly see the change on the schedule. Sometimes it requires the staff member to refresh the app to see the change.

**What problems is WellnessLiving solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to create customized forms and appointment reminders with an option to click to cancel. The appointment reminders are a huge benefit to our studio.

Setting up the classes and making changes to classes in WellnessLiving can be a bit challenging. Also, the onboarding process feels overwhelming with lots of information and questions. Having to do 'homework' for setup wasn't appealing, though it's necessary to prepare and understand the sections in advance.

I use WellnessLiving for registration and tracking, streamlining and organizing the administrative side and making it easier for participants to sign up.

**What do you like best about WellnessLiving?**

I’ve used all the major fitness studio software platforms over the years, and I’ve been with WellnessLiving for a few years now. Hands down, it’s the easiest and most user-friendly system I’ve worked with. The layout is super modern and intuitive, which makes a big difference when you’re in it every day.

One of my favorite features is that you can message clients directly from within the platform- this has been huge for us in keeping communication organized and consistent!!! The reporting is really solid and easy to pull what you need, and our clients love how simple the app is to use on their end :). Overall, it’s just a really well-rounded system that supports us and our clients experience in a big way. I’ll never go back to MB!!!

Learning curve because it has so many capabilities!

From the initial consultation through to onboarding, the entire process has been smooth. The staff have been both responsive and helpful throughout.

**What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?**

I don't like that the currency is only available in USD. When I have to convert it to CAD, the exchange rate fluctuates, which often makes it more expensive for me.

When I had a question about the membership limits, I contacted the staff and found them to be helpful in addressing my concerns.

We can tailor our class packages and payments very easily to suit our all our different membership offerings, and also aids the administration of our staff and instructors salaries etc.
Wellness Living also provides a vast range of different reports that are invaluable in helping us assess our ongoing performance and also plan our future strategies.

I own Ease Wellness in Memphis, TN. We swapped from Mindbody to WellnessLiving in 2023 and it has been the best thing for our business. We use it everyday! The system is so user friendly for business owners, but more importantly customers. Their white label app is amazing and worth every penny it costs. They have so many automated emails and marketing templates that you can use to grow your business. Their reports and tracking information is better than any software we have used. Finally, they actually listen to their customers and implement changes. Any business that has a scheduling need should switch ... TODAY!!

Their reporting doesn't give the exact information I'm looking for with my KPI's, but to be fair I have an extensive excel document I use for that. Plus I am able to use their reports to workaround and get the KPI I need.

After a thorough assessment of platforms for managing our studio services, staff and a broad-based set of CRM-related functionality, we landed on Wellness Living and made the switch in 2021.  Wellness Living continues to invest in their platform, largely based on business feedback, and has expanded their functionality along with streamlining key processes to make day-to-day studio management simple.  We push the boundaries with regards to integration and the use of the platform.  When we run into problems, the support is generally solid.  Happy with our decision!

Limited integration capabilities.  Although integrated with Zapier to import/export and/or update data, it's a limited set of data fields that are exposed to Zapier making it challenging to integrate with other tools.  Also, the email integration with Mailchimp only works in one direction making list management and subscription management manual and time consuming.

We leverage for all aspects of our studio and gym management and it does what we need.

I've been using Wellness Living daily since 2020 for my Massage and Yoga business and I cannot say enough good things about it! First, the software itself is capable of managing every aspect of the business from booking to inventory to payroll to retail sales and Gift Certificates. I get shocked looks when I tell folks in my small town that we have an app they can use and then they can not live without it! 
On top of that, the support team is extremely responsive. If there is a problem or a feature you'd like to see, there is a whole community of businesses and tech support to reach out to, ask questions and, if needed, get help from (and yes, they will hold your hand through whatever issue you need resolved, if need be). Whenever there is an update, they send out videos and virtual workshops to help familiarize you with changes as well as tips on optimizing your experience!
They are constantly trying to add features suggested by the users and make things run smoothly so that you only need to worry about doing what you love to do: run your business.
I have already recommended WL to several other similar businesses and will continue to do so.

Sometimes it takes a while to adapt to the latest update or one of WL's partners that is integrated doesn't quite function the way you think it should. Once you get Tech Support on the line, they help quickly and try to ensure that your issue is resolved ASAP.

With the branded app, it helps my practice stand above the others in my town. The ability to book online, through the app, in person or on the phone give my community convenience to book in whatever way they are comfortable doing so.

I love the logo of the company. They did a good job sucking us in. Software is used across all locations in the United States. It has marketing automation features built in.

Everything else. Extremely nonresponsive. For our company, if something comes up, I shouldn't have to send 3 emails and never get a response. I shouldn't have to go to their Facebook for help out of desperation. Now I feel like we're stuck after migrating form another platform... I'm so upset by this .

Some client types we work with get funding from government programs and require official invoices that we have to go outside of the system for. Other than that we love it

Wellness Living has been such a great change from my last CRM platform. It is SO much more user friendly and has an intuitive design to allow teaching your staff how to use it so easy. I love the text options and the white label app too. The app has taken my business to the next level for sure! :)

All CRMS are expensive. I wish prices would stay locked in. I wish my cilents could track attendance easily to hit milestones.

I've used Wellness Living for my swim school since 2016 and recommend it to every business similar to mine that I come across.  My must haves to switch from the other big wellness type software were 1. Customer Service, 2. the ability to have family profiles 3. all inclusive functions such as email, mobile app, financial reports, POS and scheduling. Wellness Living does it all and helped me automate many parts of my business so I can spend more time with my staff and students all while providing quality customer service.

We picked Wellness Living as our scheduler as it had all the accessibility we needed from a scheduler system for both our wellness element of Osteotherapy and studio element for Pilates.  We wanted classes to be seen under a full schedule view, which they have, and for online booking / purchases to be tailored.  Wellness Living continues to add ongoing updates!

**What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?**

Initially it did not run as smoothly as it now does, but this also speaks to how many updates WL continues to impliment to make it a positive experience.

**What problems is WellnessLiving solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One addition was to be able to see Previous Appointment SOAP notes.  Recently WL launched an update that has a "previous appointment" link directly in the current client soap notes so you can easily reference previous appointment notes and return back to your notes during a session.

Sometimes the app is slower than it should be and sometimes updates take longer than they should or don't fix everything they say will beincluded.

**What do you like best about WellnessLiving?**

I've had a very positive experience working with Wellness Living. I have worked with WL in two different companies and have always appreciated the professionalism, timely responses, ease of use of the system. I prefer WL to other online fitness platforms because of its simplicity, layout, and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?**

I wish there was a way for Wellness living review to be posted on Google Business profile

**What problems is WellnessLiving solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling, client management, payment processing etc.
