"Small feature that makes a big difference when browsing"
What do you like best about UserWay?

I really appreciate how the UserWay widget allows me to quickly adjust a website with minimal effort. I often use it to increase the font size or enhance the contrast, and it immediately makes the content much easier to read. The interface is straightforward and intuitive, so I never have to worry about figuring out how it works—it simply does exactly what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

There’s hardly anything to complain about. Sometimes I find that I don’t make use of every feature, but that’s really just a matter of my own preferences rather than a problem with the widget itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable accessibility solution that improves user experience instantly"
What do you like best about UserWay?

UserWay makes it incredibly easy to bring a website closer to accessibility compliance without needing a full redesign. I really like how the widget offers practical tools for users — things like contrast adjustments, font resizing, focus highlights, and screen reader improvements. It’s simple, clean, and doesn’t interfere with the design. The automated scanning and quick fixes also save a lot of time for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

Some accessibility issues still need manual review, especially on more complex pages or custom components. The pricing can also feel a bit high when scaling across multiple websites, but it’s still cheaper than hiring dedicated accessibility consultants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy integration for ADA compliance for websites"
What do you like best about UserWay?

UserWay is super easy to setup and integrate with any website CMS or custom build. Their partner program is also nice to have for a website agency like ours where ADA compliance requests come in at different times for different clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

I dislike the price point - only because we hear contradicting information to what extent our clients are protected or covered for accessibility laws in their market and understanding if they are 100% covered by UserWay or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration and Stellar Support: Why UserWay Is a Must-Have for Any Website"
What do you like best about UserWay?

It's easy to implement, highly customizable, and designed to blend perfectly into your website without disrupting design or functionality. Whether you're a small business owner or managing enterprise-level operations, UserWay scales with your needs. When I have a question their customer support is just a click away & typically issues are resolved within a few minutes. I use Userway everyday on about 25 websites & my team & our customers can't say enough about how easy it is to integrate with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

We have many sites on our account that I've customized the widget for & the "save to all" button is DANGEROUSLY close to the "save" button when I'm in a rush. I run the risk of applying new customizations to all of my sites with one click - eek! Maybe add an "are you sure" prompt when saving to all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Uriel Weisz of UserWay

Thank you for your feedback! We understand the importance of user-friendly integration and reliable support. We're continuously working to improve our platform and appreciate your input on the 'save to all' feature. We'll definitely take your suggestion into consideration for future updates.

"Good Accessibility Tool with AI Features, Though Some Manual Work Still Needed"
What do you like best about UserWay?

When I first implemented UserWay on our website, I was amazed at how quickly it identified and automatically remediated many accessibility issues - things like missing alt text, color contrast problems, and keyboard navigation issues that would have taken our team weeks to find and fix manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

While the AI catches a lot of issues, we still need manual remediation for more complex accessibility problems. I initially thought it would handle everything automatically, but we still need manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top-notch customer service. Great free product."
What do you like best about UserWay?

I’ve been using UserWay’s free accessibility widget for some time now, and it’s a great, easy-to-implement tool for improving website accessibility. The widget offers essential features like text adjustments, contrast modes, etc., all through a user-friendly interface. Installation was simple, and it fits seamlessly into my site design.

While the free version is somewhat limited compared to the paid plans, it’s an excellent starting point for any website looking to become more inclusive.

What stood out was UserWay’s outstanding customer service. Despite using the free version, I received fast, helpful, and friendly support.

Their team member Matheus went above and beyond, providing clear answers and quickly finding the solution I needed.

Overall, I highly recommend UserWay for its practical widget and exceptional support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

The price tags for paid options are too high for smaller businesses, in my opinion, as the cheapest paid plan costs $490 annually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Uriel Weisz of UserWay

We're thrilled to hear that you've had a positive experience with our free accessibility widget and that it has been easy to implement on your website. We're also glad to hear that you found our customer service to be outstanding, and we'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Matheus. We understand your concern about the pricing of our paid options and appreciate your feedback on this matter.

"Userway has great support staff and excellent WP widget"
What do you like best about UserWay?

My client needed to do accessibility for their website as they have received a notice to comply. I contacted Userway for a demo, and Hayley has been with us every step of the way. We have set up and account for multiple websites and it is easy to install widgets on your wordpress sites. Kudos to Hayley and her support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

We find userway to be expensive for Canadian clients due to poor exchange rates, especially for smaller projects or smaller businesses with tight budgets. I do set up the free version in the meantime, though it does come with some limitations on key features. The free version at least does acknowledge that you are serious in setting up accessibility to your website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Uriel Weisz of UserWay

Thank you for sharing your experience with UserWay and for acknowledging the support provided by Hayley and our team. We understand the concerns about pricing and exchange rates for Canadian clients, and we are committed to finding ways to address these challenges. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to continue improving our services for all our customers.
