There are many other "accessibility" solutions out there but this is the only one that is actually easy to use. It is crazy that this has to be stated, but their product is the only thing on the market that is actually helpful. Other than fulfilling what they literally sell - the best part of UserWay is the support. I have never had a single bad interaction with anyone on their team. **What do you dislike about UserWay?** I find the backend to be annoying to use. Luckily there is limited interaction with the backend, so it is bearable. By annoying to use, I simply mean that it is not as usable as it could be. They could upgrade the design to be understood regardless of technical background. **What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?** ACCESSIBILITY! I think it is crazy how many companies just do not care that their website is usable. Regardless of the legal components - everyone should be able to use the internet and many companies just can't be bothered enough to care. They make things hard to use - on purpose! Ten days is a highly reasonable time frame to test out UserWay on your site. Within the first couple hours of research and comparison to other free tools, you'll see that UserWay makes the process easy! **What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was trying to make our client's site Triple AAA compliant for California. I was using the free tools available on other sites, but I noticed that it could get very confusing when it comes to recommended contrast ratios for my client's site. Eash Compliance site I used all suggested something different. What I like about UserWay is that it provides you with examples on your site to show you beforehand what the final result could be. Ivan pointed me to the Custom Trigger option, which should work for us.
