The flow of finding the reviews was not as obvious. I think we had a lot of people who didn't know where to find their actual review. I think there's simplicity that could be added to the flow or the summary pages to help people find their reviews, because I thought it was kind of confusing to, like, click a few paces. I believe that Leapsome could improve by incorporating more advanced analytical AI tools. The current system lacks this capability, requiring me to find solutions using another tool, Deepgram, which indicates a potential gap in Leapsome's functionality to facilitate goal achievement with integrated, intelligent feedback. What I appreciate most about this tool is the ability to set clear goals and involve other team members, as I can update the progress and advancement of each task in real time.

Additionally, I find it very easy to recognize the work of my colleagues thanks to the badge and compliment system.

On the other hand, the function to create surveys seems extremely useful to me, as it allows me to identify and measure the characteristics and qualities of the team, as well as detect strengths and areas that need improvement.
