What do you like best about Kinsta?

Of all the things Kinsta does well, what we like best is the complete peace of mind it gives us. The performance is outstanding, with fast load times and rock-solid stability across all our WordPress sites, even during traffic spikes. But beyond speed, it’s the combination of services, support, and usability that really stands out.

The support team is truly unmatched. Every time we’ve reached out, we’ve received fast, clear, and expert help from people who genuinely understand WordPress at a deep technical level. Problems are solved efficiently, and we often get proactive advice that helps improve our sites rather than just fix the immediate issue.

We also love the MyKinsta dashboard. The UX/UI is exceptionally well designed—clean, intuitive, and powerful without being overwhelming. Managing backups, staging environments, domains, and performance tools is effortless, which saves us a huge amount of time.

Altogether, Kinsta feels like a premium, well-thought-out hosting platform where everything just works, allowing us to focus fully on our business and our websites instead of hosting concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kinsta?

Overall, there is very little to dislike about Kinsta, but if we had to point out one area, it would be the resource allocation limits. For growing websites, the caps on visits, storage, and certain resources can sometimes feel a bit restrictive, especially during periods of rapid growth or unexpected traffic spikes.

That said, this is more of a planning consideration than a flaw in the service itself. The limits are clearly defined, and Kinsta provides transparent monitoring tools that make it easy to track usage and scale when needed. While we occasionally wish there were a bit more flexibility built into the base plans, the performance, reliability, support, and overall quality of the platform more than make up for it. What do you like best about Kinsta?

The platform genuinely feels like it was built by developers, for developers. The MyKinsta dashboard is clean, no-nonsense, and gives me immediate access to the tools I actually need (SSH, staging, etc.) without the bloat.

The standout feature, however, is the support. The chat is incredibly fast—I'm usually talking to a real human within a minute or two—and they are actual engineers who can solve complex technical issues, not just support agents reading from a script. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kinsta?

While the platform is generally great, the server-side caching can sometimes be overly aggressive. I’ve run into 'sticky' caching issues where changes don't reflect immediately during development, which can be frustrating to debug.

Also, regarding support: while they are very fast to respond, I have had a few complex cases where I had to go back and forth with multiple agents to get to the bottom of it. What do you like best about Kinsta?

There are lots of wordpress hosting options, but inevitably wordpress is complicated and breaks. In my experience with Kinsta, anytime I have a problem i can get help immediately and within minutes they are always able to solve the problem. Its not like talking to customer support.. What do you like best about Kinsta?

I love the backend dashboard - it's the best I've ever used and extremely functional. It has everything I need to quickly and easily administer several websites at once. The integrated support help chat is excellent and someone is always there to take a look at something or answer my questions. I love how I can see everything and edit what I need for each site so easily. This makes cpanel and even my beloved Plesk look terrible by comparison. The specialization of Wordpress only makes a huge difference and website performance is excellent - typically around 700ms for my WooCommerce sites on average. The ability to use their app and Docker for local deployment is cool and I want to learn more about how to use that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kinsta?

The new branding and colors don't sit as well with me as the previous ones and its kinda grating to look at on the backend versus cooler colors of the past. I wish they had a good dark mode so I wouldn't have to use a browser plugin to make the backend easy on my eyes at night. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kinsta?

Kinsta is simply to use. It's a complete product in a nutshell designed to provide the fastest, most optimized WP setup (caching, CDN and backups). Clearing cache is quick and less of a hassle. Having a FREE staging area is a huge deal and the ability to create more development environments (albeit w extra cost) is a convenient way to work on and test out multiple staging environments. What do you dislike about Kinsta?

Limited amount of installs per plan. Other hosting companies doesn't put a cap on the amount of allocated WP installs, Kinsta on the other hand, only gives us a limited amount based on the account we purchased. What do you like best about Kinsta?

We host a large number of WordPress client sites on Kinsta, and it has become the easiest platform for our team to manage at scale. The MyKinsta dashboard is genuinely intuitive, so routine tasks stay simple even across many installs. Creating sites, working with staging environments, handling SSL, backups, caching, and performance tools all feel streamlined and well-organized.

Support is also outstanding. I rarely need help because the UI is so clear, but when I do reach out, I get fast, professional guidance from someone who actually understands WordPress and hosting. The responses are practical, the communication is clear, and issues get resolved quickly. In years of using Kinsta, we have never had a bad support experience.

From an agency perspective, Kinsta is a big operational win. Compared to other hosts we use (including Liquid Web), Kinsta makes it significantly easier to manage WordPress sites efficiently. Honestly, there is very little to dislike. If anything, Kinsta has raised the bar enough that it makes other hosting platforms feel harder to manage by comparison. When we are working in other dashboards, it is a reminder of how clean and efficient the MyKinsta experience is. What do you like best about Kinsta?

Kinsta's security is the best I've ever seen. Other than enforcing strong passwords, using 2FA for people who log into the site, and an anti-spam plugin for the forms, we don't need any additional security to keep the site safe from the hackers. Kinsta handles it all. The site is fast both on the front end AND back end, which cannot be said of certain other hosts in the same league as Kinsta. Kinsta's support team is also very very good. You get help from a real support person very quickly when you open a support chat. They always resolve my issue immediately and have also been helpful when I needed to improve performance. They explained what to do, and how to do it and how to keep it optimized going forward. Nowadays it seems like everyone is trying to use AI to support their customers, and I especially appreciate that Kinsta has not done that. You answer a few questions to be sure you're routed to the right support department, and then you're talking to a real live person who really knows what they're talking about. Being able to talk to a support person on chat immediately without having to deal with an AI bot is probably literally what I like best about Kinsta right now.
