The first site we added I was on literally every night and the support was very helpful. I would say - if you are hosting any site they should tell you first to add Cloudflare or something similar to your domain. It was so much easier that we did that for the second site. **What do you dislike about Kinsta?** Kinsta should not charge by unique visits because Kinsta counting (they actually count ajax visits!) is so wrong. Kinsta knows this but they just do it anyway. When Kinsta gets called out on it - they switch you to another plan that is not based on visits. I understand every business has to make money but charging for unique visits in this industry is a bit ridiculous as your analytics will tell you whatever you want so you can charge people more money. If you want to continue to be the #1 Wordpress hosting site, I think Kinsta should rethink the unique visits or do it accurately. **What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kinsta support helped us solve a bunch of spammy traffic. I do not even need to bother them with it anymore. Also, the GEO & IP Analytics tab can pretty much help a total novice keep everything running smoothly without constant support. **Official Response from Kinsta Team:** > Hi Susan, Thank you for your review. Upon trying to claim this, it was refused and the support/billing team didn't want to help. I had some questions, my customer services rep then included an AI agent and gave me basic instructions on SEO but then said it could not help me with doing any SEO help.
