**What do you like best about Amelia?**

It helps me with any query related to my work profile, whether it’s about leave days or surveys.

**What do you dislike about Amelia?**

Even though it helps with my work profile, sometimes it doesn’t give me what I need. For example, recently I’ve been requesting my payslip through Amelia, but it no longer provides it like it used to.

**What problems is Amelia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of going to PeopleSoft, I can request my payslip through Amelia, which is faster.

**What do you like best about Amelia?**

Amelia’s natural language understanding and contextual memory make interactions feel smooth and human-like. It’s easy to deploy and customize for a variety of use cases, from customer service to internal helpdesk automation. I especially appreciate its multilingual capabilities and integration support across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams.

**What do you dislike about Amelia?**

While Amelia performs well in most scenarios, the initial setup and training phase can be time-intensive, particularly for domain-specific tasks. Also, the analytics dashboard could benefit from more customizable reports and deeper insights into user behavior and intent recognition

**What problems is Amelia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amelia helps us automate repetitive and time-consuming interactions across both customer-facing and internal support channels. By handling common queries, scheduling tasks, and triaging service requests, it significantly reduces the load on human agents. This not only improves response times and customer satisfaction but also allows our team to focus on higher-value tasks. The AI’s ability to operate 24/7 ensures consistent support, and its learning capability means it continues to improve over time with minimal intervention.

**What do you like best about Amelia?**

I have been using Amelia for almost 3years as an end user agent. What I love is how reliable and smooth its interface id. We rely on it as a team to track and receive chats. Even notifications and chat misses are easy to track. Also, it is very quick to learn for the new agents to learn and get used to.

**What do you dislike about Amelia?**

Nothing to dislike. As opposed to its contemporaries I like it the most.

**What problems is Amelia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the need of a human to interact as the chats are very easy to automate and integrate. The bots work well reducing workload for agents.

Best used cases in providing L1  Support to open/handle/close tickets without human interaction.
I've worked with IPsoft Global Services, the parent company of Amelia.

Solve payment queries & voiding of leave days. I benefit because I get back everything I void in the given time frame & also can view updates of the queries requested.
It's also helps on pregnancy care & online pharmacy benefits no need to go around pharmacies.
I Also like MFine doctor consultation program as it also covers my family members & solves our problems quickly.

**What do you like best about Amelia?**

The logs that you can get is awesome. It captures realtime logs of everything happening with a conversation be it with a agent or itself. I love reading data and the insights that you can get is great. Plus it is a great tool for chat if you are an agent.

**What do you dislike about Amelia?**

It glitches very often. It is not as simple to design conversations inside. Also, this does not have any gen AI capabilities. NLP is not very good.

It is used as a chatbot for end users to interact or connect with Agents.
