When assessing the two solutions, reviewers found WebPT easier to use, set up, and administer. Reviewers also preferred doing business with WebPT overall.
They way we can send out an email blast to all patients or specific patients - if we have openings in the schedule we are able to send a text blast out letting patients know the times available.
I love that I can access all of my documentation on the go and am not stuck at the office working on documentation. I also love that I can scan and upload all of the patient documents to their file and do not have to keep much paper.
It is clunky and time consuming to get someone to change things (like our logo). The online interface doesn't allow you to change very many things yourself.
