I love how easily functional the program is. It has many great features. Majority of our patients do not complain. It is as simple as clicking a text message or a link sent to your email to have a telehealth visit with your physician. I like that when a patient calls and says I am having trouble getting in the virtual waiting room and how we can see when they are in the virtual waiting room awaiting the physician to enter. I dislike the use of Apple products because explaining to a patient can sometimes be very misleading. Patients would sometimes call asking for a meeting ID which was confusing whereas other patients would just click the link be prompted to pay their copay and join the virtual waiting room. There are not that many dislikes that I can attribute because I thoroughly like the product. If you want to be HIPAA compliant then this is the system to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
