It can support small healthcare practices with a simple, easy to use interface, and also large enterprise-scale healthcare systems with features designed to accommodate complex telehealth use cases. SecureVideo is HIPAA Compliant and has a HITRUST Risk-based, 2-year (r2) Certification.

**What do you like best about SecureVideo?**

The security is in the name of the product and that makes my clients feel much more comfortable.

**What do you dislike about SecureVideo?**

A bit confusing for clients to use at times. When compared to other platforms, this one is less straightforward.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureVideo:**

If you need HIPPA compliance, Secure video is the way to go

**What problems is SecureVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can connect with client wherever they are. That is the point of my business; therefore the most important.
