The cohesive integrations with Canva, Instagram feed, and the MCP server that can work well with every AI client **What do you dislike about Flodesk?** The Simplicity sometimes limiting your options and the flexibility of every change you need to make in the layout and bringing other HTML elements from maybe other software and so on in both the email and pages becomes a limitation if you have such a level of advanced customization in mind. **What problems is Flodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping me own my audience on email through very beautiful form pages and email designs. I use it most for sending out my weekly newsletters, and it has made this process so much more enjoyable. It's super easy to customize each newsletter. It's one of the easiest platforms I've used for offering a lead magnet on my website, and it integrates seamlessly with my Squarespace site. The link in bio feature for Instagram allows me to easily create a professional on-brand link in bio. It's also a really beautiful platform, which just adds to the joy of using it. And they're always adding really awesome new features. I use it every single week and I've never once had a problem with it. It is an amazing value for the cost, and their generous affiliate program is an added perk. The one time I had to use their customer support (to help me reconnect my Stripe account when I opened a new one), the response was timely, clear, and easy to follow. I really can't say enough good things about Flodesk! Oh wait, yes I can -- they're also a women-owned business! **What do you dislike about Flodesk?** This is only a minor irritation, but it's the only thing I can think of. When I've downloaded an image and want to upload it into the email builder, I can't just drag and drop it -- I have to search for it in my downloads folder (or wherever I'm up loading from). I'd love to see drag and drop added to just make this process a little quicker and more efficient. **What problems is Flodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Flodesk, I'm able to do so many things with only one platform, instead of having to manage (and pay for) multiple platforms. I do all of my email newsletters and marketing with Flodesk, manage my lead magnet opt-ins on my website, have a checkout integrated right into any offers I want to make, and manage my Instagram link-in-bio all in one place. And it all works like a charm. I'm not the greatest with technology, but Flodesk makes it so easy. It is by far the easiest and best email marketing platform I've used. ### 3.
