The Bloomfire platform could be improved by adding a feature to identify duplicate posts, reducing extra work for admin users. If the system could highlight key words that might be posted differently, these posts could be deleted before being published. Additionally, when adding members, having just one or two authorization options, such as Author or Learner, would be helpful. The group feature would be more useful if it only included posts relevant to the group's topic. Another good option could be to automatically email users whenever a new post is added.
