I really like the idea of being able to take a still photograph and make it into a video with Creatify AI. It gives me the opportunity to be a bit more creative compared to some of the other programs I've used. It offers me more capacity to do things that I haven't seen yet in other programs, and the quality of the activity is good—I’m not disappointed at all with that. I just think the onboarding, in terms of the different plans, could be improved. I chose the pro plan, but I find myself quickly running out of credits. It was a little bit cumbersome to get someone to help me with that. I did finally get help, but it took me some time to get around to how I can renew my plan. I don't think renewing is something you allow the customer to do; it seems it has to be done by customer service, which is a little bit herky jerky. I think that can be smoothed out a little bit. I like Creatify AI for creating promotional and introductory videos easily, saving me time by not having to use my own image and voice. The video editor is easy to use and lets me modify videos exactly how I want them. I also appreciate the feature to re-do the voice audio for the right inflection. The interface crashes quite often, regardless of the browser I use. The screen goes black for about 20 seconds, and it reloads. It usually picks up right where I left off, so it's not a big problem, but it could be improved. It would also be nice to have embedded access to more free stock videos, so I don't have to go to a separate website and download them. Perhaps a partnership with another company to provide this. Honestly, it can feel a little “template-y” unless I spend extra time rewriting the hooks and tightening the script—some outputs come out generic or slightly off-brand. The avatar/UGC style is useful, but it can still drift into that uncanny, not-quite-human vibe, and I end up doing more manual tweaking than I want (timing, emphasis, and getting the copy to sound like me). Frankly, very pleasantly satisfied. Before, I had to juggle between Heygen, ElevenLabs, Agent Opus, OpusClip, and CapCut... it was effective but cumbersome and not practical on a daily basis.

With Creatify, everything is finally gathered in one place. It saves a lot of time and the workflow is much smoother.

I find Creatify AI incredibly useful for personal use and managing content on my social media pages. It really makes my content creation easier and faster. The Aurora Avatar feature is amazing, and I love how realistic it makes the avatars look. The voice clone works perfectly, and the ad clone feature has become my favorite. With the Sora integration, everything comes together and it helps me a lot. Creatify also makes video ad creation feel professional, even for someone like me who isn't an editor. All I need to do is export, render, and upload. The setup was very easy and smooth, thanks to the abundant tutorials and guides that ensure you don't get lost. I’ve been using Creatify for a few months to scale my Shopify store’s marketing, and it has drastically cut down my production time.

Insane Speed: I can paste an Amazon or Shopify link, and the AI generates a full video script and selects the best product images automatically. I’ve gone from idea to a live TikTok ad in under 10 minutes.

Realistic Avatars: The AI presenters look and sound surprisingly human. They’re perfect for creating that "UGC style" content without having to mail samples to influencers and wait weeks for footage.

Template Limits: While fast, the layouts can feel a bit repetitive. If you want a totally unique, "artsy" brand film, this isn't the tool for that.

The AI portion of Creatify makes it a breeze to create marketing scripts for the promotions I need. The script writing feature is awesome, as I have the ability to launch a series of videos to test. It's easy to use and implement and something I'll use frequently in my business. I'm still discovering features, such as adding text, and that's great. I've been able to integrate the videos into my website and landing pages easily. Customer support is quick, thank goodness. I especially like the many avatars available to choose from. I did have a problem with changing the size of the videos when attaching them to my website. I did learn that it was the website that would do that for me, not Creatify. I also learned that hyperlinks need to be added by the platform that I use to present the videos. In other words, these aren't things I dislike, just things I need to learn. I use Creatify AI for content creation on my online marketplace's social medias. It solves my daily problems of thinking about what content to generate, as Creatify automatically generates it for me with less effort and great work. I definitely love the AI AVATARS and the AURORA MODEL. I love how real-looking my avatars and videos are, and I also love the images ad generator; 3 clicks and I already have something to post. These tools make my life as a content creator and small business owner easier.
