**What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

Best thing about Bloomfire is how easy it is to find content you are looking for, and if you are a Admin user, it is very easy to upload content for your department. Bloomfire Support Team is always there willing to help or assist in any way.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

I would say the the downside of Bloomfire would be not being able to fully customize it to your liking. There are some features that allow you to making it your own. However, i would like to be able to "fully" customize it.

**What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being at the Contat Center, Bloomfire really helps with our agents being able to answer any questions guests may have regarding Hotels, Rooms, Shows, Restaurants, and more. Agents can quicky use Bloomfire to find answers to help with guest experience.

**What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

Bloomfire is the hub to all the information we need. I like that it is easily accessible. We have a wealth of knowledge at our fingertips, for any given moment. It is very easy to navigate and update if and when the time comes. I use Bloomfire in my work life, daily.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

Sometimes locating information in Bloomfire is challenging. The tags and categories feature does not always help in locating specific articles.

**What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloomfire provides quick links that I can provide to my team when they need access to information. This prevents us from having to call hotels directly and palcing guests on unnecessary holds.

**What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

We have been using Bloomfire for about 3 years.  Originally, we thought 50 seats would be more than enough.  However, demand for this platform quickly moved us up to several hundrend seats.  This tool has given our insights team super easy way of ensuring our stakeholders have access to not only their reports, but other related work.  The share feature in Teams has been especialy useful, allowing us direct people to research we have already completed inthe moment of the meeting.   Also, the search engine allows users to easily pull up relevant information.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

Dislikes...  I'm racking my mind and can't think of anything we don't like about this platform.

**What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloomfire signifiantly reduces the number of questions the insights team gets and helps focus the questions that do come to us.

Bloomfire is a centralized tool allowing for the storage of best practices, answers to everyday questions, and a great way to monitor contributor input so that you can be certain of data integrity.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

With the current search features built into Bloomfire, some of our back office associates and CSRs have a hard time finding the data or answers needed.

**What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloomfire has replaced MS One Note with much more sophisticated technology and options to store knowledge. Bloomfire is easy to navigate, make contributions, groups and categorize data.

Bloomfire makes searching for conent simple and just like google.  With everythi ng at the tips of your fingers it easy to locate, understand and update content in a snap.  This system allows our agents to assist member with the best customer support and informaiton. We use it in our eveyday life for every customer.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

The only thing that is not as desirable is the view when it comes to images in the preview screen and excel files,  Some times they are alittle blurry which requires us to down load the content.

Bloomfire allows us to store all of our content in one place and makes it easy for reps to locate the informaiton to assist members every day.

**What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

The ease of working with their people. Our implementation manager, Ashley, was phenomenal throughout the entire implementation. Matt, Ryan, Amanda, Bobby, Tad, Sam, Samir and anyone we didn't mention were fantastic, dedicated and customer-focused.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

Some of the functions of the tool are a little clunky. Manageable, but clunky. For instance, moving items out of the community and into specific groups creates a duplicate post, which can be confusing if using hyperlinks to connect related content together (meaning you could link to an unpublished version of the post because of that issue if you're not paying attention).

The posts themselves are "squished" together because of the dedicated deadspace on both sides, which prevents authors from using wider formats.

Consolidating existing repositories and centralizing our knowledge.

Sometimes it is difficult find the exact file you are looking for. It seems as though you are required to now the exact file name in order to locate what you are looking for.

Bloomire solves the problem of preventing me from having to fgo through several different search engines to find what I need. It benefits our entire company. No matter what school I am at I can open bloomire and see the same information.

I enjoy using Bloomfire because it allows me to do many different things with my posts -- I can embed video, link within the site, organize information with tags, and search within my organization to find what I need.

It would be nice to put little "alerts" out on users' feeds to let them know about new features or important posts that have been published or updated. These could be time-limited so as not to clutter the feed.

**What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

In our organization, it is used for knowledge management and sharing; with a friendly user interface and robust set of features, it has helped us quickly and effectively streamline our information-sharing processes. Something I love about this platform is the ability it has to integrate with other tools and systems such as Google Drive and Salesforce, something that has been well seen by the entire team, as it facilitates access to all information within the same place, instead of having to switch between multiple tools, saves time and simplifies everything. Another thing I would highlight about Bloomfire's intuitive search functionality; its advanced search algorithms allow us to find the information we need quickly, even if we don't know exactly where it is stored.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

One possible drawback, and perhaps the only drawback Bloomfire has, is its cost; although it offers an array of features, its cost can be on the higher side compared to other options on the market. However, I think all the platform's benefits more than justify its price; it provides excellent value for the money invested.

Our experience using Bloomfire has been excellent and has brought with it many benefits; it has a wide variety of tools that have helped us optimize information exchange processes; the way it allows us to group and store all vital information in one place and facilitate access to it has helped us save an enormous amount of time; it has excellent advanced search engines to find the information we need as quickly as possible, streamlining the work and minimizing the frustration that is often an obstacle to collaborate effectively among colleagues; finally, it offers customization options that have allowed us to create categories and custom tags that has been helping to organize all the content and adapt the platform to our specific needs.

We could not be more thrilled with the level of service and expertise offered from their incredible service team. Easy to navigate, simple to add and delete users; fabulous experience overall!

Our company did not find anything that was a detractor for Bloomfire. Each interaction with their team or the portal itself was incredibly easy and helpful.

We used Bloomfire in our organization for managing information and different policies. Its deployment was very straightforward and quickly onboard for non-technical users too. It comes with smart search features which help to get the information instantly that we exactly need. It is easy to use for creating content or categorizing them for easily accessible and excellent for encouraging engagement.

I dislike customer support only which has to be very helpful for issue resolution and very responsive. Everything works great and delivers productivity to the organization.

The Bloomfire platform is easy to use, easy to program and l love the high-quality imagery stock and best-in-class search functionality. Also really appreciate the best-in-class launch partnership from their team.

Two small complaints about Bloomfire - lack of homepage design flexibility and the extra fees required to add additional content and the absence of an embedded "back to results" button when you are navigating content within a search query.

I like that Bloomfire can be adjusted to the way you search for information just by typing keywords that have been set up. All the reference information can be categorized, too, in groups for faster searches. Hyperlinks can be added for external searches. Bloomfire really is your friend!

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

You can bookmark pages you use a lot, but you cannot set them to view your most visited pages up top, nor can you set up pages that can subcategorize your bookmarks under certain groups.

Bloomfire makes SOP's easier to access and filter for information needed right away.

I am able to look up policy terms and conditions easier based on properties. The hyper links within each page make it easier to locate the exact information you're looking for when you forget where to find the information.

When it comes to efficiency and effectiveness in managing your activities, Bloomfire is unrivaled. Through Bloomfire, I have helped clients with their file and project management issues.

I like the mobile-friendly design, which helps me get valuable information from anywhere. It is a robust AI-based tool that can quickly recognize the searching keywords from deep indexed data and display the right knowledge. It is easy to integrate with chrome and allows us to upload data through dropbox or google drive.

Need a little bit of enhancement in the desktop UI. The rest working fine.

Bloomfire has been instrumental to our collaboration and development as a new growth company.  I love how you can search through transcripts to find exactly what you are looking for.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

There is not much to dislike about Bloomfire. Maybe to improve the usability and user experience, make collections of videos/folders visually distinguishable from individual videos. Sometimes it is hard to find a playlist when I am trying to quickly scroll through a list of videos/ playlists.

**What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is growing quickly, while maintaining a close contact relationship. Bloomfire allows our newer employees in different time zones catch up on trainings they may not have been able to join due to timing issues.

**What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

Our science team can answer a question on Bloomfire and when another person has the same or similar question they can look it up on Bloomfire and either find the answer they are looking for or add to the previous question and continue the conversation.  It saves time every day for those that would answer the question as well as those that need the answer.  They can find the answer immediately and look at similar questions for alternatives and additional options.  I do not get bothered by different Sales Reps asking the same questions 3 times a day or week.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

We have many questions that are similar that are asked again and again.  Instead of adding to a previous post, they ask a new question because they were either busy and didn't see the previous question or because there were already so many similar questions they just decided to ask their own.  The longer our company uses Bloomfire the more bogged down it becomes with outdated information and it is so time-consuming to eliminate outdated answers or update them all.  Then the Sales REps have trouble finding the answer because each one they open is giving a link to a previous full answer, but they may have to open 3 or 4 posts to finally get to the answer.

**What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am one of the individuals answering questions for others and this saves time during my day not to answer the same questions over and over to different people.  I can post it once and everyone has the answer. I have answered questions and forget all the research I did, but can refer back to my own answer on Bloomfire as I am speaking to the doctor asking the question and remember all the material, plus can look up other questions answered by other team members.

I wish I could flag a document to be edited and have it sent to a single person. Currently, the platform sends a flagged contribution to all admins and moderators.

I like that my employer can add documents and I do not have to search for them they are all in 1 place. I like that I am not being asked to remove documents or free up space in order to locate important files.

I wish the search would expand through various categories. When you go into Bloomfire, you are given the option to search by title or by category but when you search by category it doesn't not search other documents. It is a little of a pina because you could potentially miss out on your doc because it is located elsewhere. I think this is more user error than anything because we put things in different locations instead of having 1 standard file.

**Recommendations to others considering Bloomfire:**

Look into all options but make sure you see which ones will give you enough user logins to be able to do what you need to do. A web-based system like Bloomfire removes all of those potential issues.

I am able to delete all of my other folders and only have 1 online option. It has cleared up so much space on my desktop. I like that I can send things easily and make sure that I am sending the same doc each time.

I enjoy the ability to search our company documents globally across the site.  It is also nice to be able to follow specific categories so I can keep up with notifications on the things that interest me, and don't have to hear about the happenings in other departments.

I dislike the difficulty of adding a category to your followed list.  Having to edit your profile and type in the exact name of the category to find it is annoying, and it is even harder to find an article if it is not properly tagged with a useful category.  There is a lot of potential in "following" and "liking" items, but this functionality needs improvement.

My company has solved the problem of having a large and disorganized intranet file system where things easily got lost and lots of useful documents were ignored.  We have realized the benefits of the question threads, which allow an engineer to ask a specific design question to the entire group, and everyone can view their replies.  (so conversations that would have once happened in person and been forgotten are now documented and available to others who might have the same question)

Social media has made it the norm for users to learn and consume knowledge via multimedia content (MMC)/videos.  With this in mind, a significant portion of our knowledge base is MMC.  Bloomfire makes it easy to publish MMC and also gives end users the ability to search the dialogue/narrative of a video for answers.  This is a total game-changer in the KM space.  Additionally, the ease of use, set up, roll out, and administration of the platform have been extremely painless.  All in all, a very seamless process.

Full adoption of the KM life cycle, i.e., knowledge sharing, reuse, review, and retirement; reduction in stale content.  End users are able to quickly find things that took them hours to find in Teams/SharePoint.  They are also more engaged with and involved in our overarching KM program efforts.

The only thing I wish was different about bloom fire is the ability to highlight, edit and keep my copy of saved links online. However, I can permanently save it to my computer and highlight the copy myself. This dislike isn't necessarily an error, but a feature I wish was available.
