Submitting a message to a robot and waiting for someone to get back to me in the next "5 hours" is frustrating when I want help with it now. The timer function is atrocious and non-functional. It measures only in tenths of an hour rather than tracking actual minutes/seconds and then converting to tenths of an hour after completing the timed task. Worse, pausing the timer forces rounding to the nearest tenth of an hour, inaccurately adding 0-6 minutes or subtracting 0-6 minutes from the timer. So if you pause and restart frequently, while the adding and subtracting time could average out over the long term, the timer could be grossly inaccurate for any particular matter. A single client with a single matter could be grossly underbilled or grossly overbilled using the AppColl timer. If you are looking to use a timer to record your billable work, and you want to be confident the timer records time accurately, I recommend avoiding AppColl. We moved to AppColl because it is cloud-based. We are highly disappointed after realizing how the timer functions. It does not function as advertised. AppColl appears to have no desire to improve the timer either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SaaSOptics is a system that takes some time and patience to implement, it isn't a click-and-go application. Make sure you treat it like a project, dedicate appropriate resources to the training, do your homework, and keep at it - it's worth the work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using SaaSOptics for revenue recognition (ASC 606) / deferred revenue, billing, and dunning. We used to have a home-grown system that I was about 75% confident in the information (rev rec and total ARR) that I was getting and the billing process took a bit of manual manipulation. With SaaSOptics, I now have 95%+ confidence with the information coming out (only because I'm still learning the reporting capabilities) and we've just finished our first month close with the system. I was having issues receiving payment from customers on my squarespace website. Stripe offered a quick solution to this. Everything felt secure. I knew the tracking information of the customers. I really wish the website was searchable or would recommend new artists to support, so you can be found organically. They are also changing the website TOO MUCH, especially the landing pages of the creators. patreon- PLEASE STOP DOING THIS !! it now asks for money upfront instead of letting you read the creators story first, which makes it look greedy and awful..
