What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

Email validation keeps our servers from getting flagged before we even send out our campaigns. Our CRM and campaign management software has free email validations too but this is more accurate and definitely has better reports.

We dont use it often so I purchased a pay-as-you-go (or so I thought I was purchasing a non subscription pay as you go plan) but got charged a subscription cost. I messaged them about the misunderstanding and was refunded right away. No major upsells, extra verification of unnecessary details. Resolved the issue right away.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

Not much. Website is pretty plain I guess it could use more visual design but not necessary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

I have been able to get a better understanding of my client's email list health and how to improve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

Some emails that are labeled spam traps or invalid have recently clicked and engaged with an email I sent. This makes me a little hesitant to completely remove emails, but I don't want to have to go through every single email to confirm if the subscriber has engaged with recent sends. What I like best about ZeroBounce is how reliable and detailed their email validation results are. It's not just a simple valid/invalid check - you get rich data points like whether an address is a spam trap, a role-based email (like info@ or support@), or a catch-all domain. What I dislike or more accurately, what I think could be improved, about ZeroBounce is the way credits are consumed. Sometimes, especially with large lists that contain a lot of catch-all domains or unknown statuses, it feels like you’re burning through credits without always getting clear, actionable results. I get that some of this is due to limitations on how certain domains respond, but it would be great to have more flexible pricing or credit usage around those ambiguous results. What problems is ZeroBounce solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZeroBounce is solving one of the biggest pain points in cold outreach: email deliverability. Before we started using it, we had issues with high bounce rates, spam complaints, and even a few close calls with domain reputation damage. ZeroBounce helps us clean our lead lists before we even think about hitting send - filtering out invalid, spam trap, abuse, and role-based emails that would otherwise hurt our campaigns.
