What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

Email validation keeps our servers from getting flagged before we even send out our campaigns. Our CRM and campaign management software has free email validations too but this is more accurate and definitely has better reports.

We dont use it often so I purchased a pay-as-you-go (or so I thought I was purchasing a non subscription pay as you go plan) but got charged a subscription cost. I messaged them about the misunderstanding and was refunded right away. No major upsells, extra verification of unnecessary details. Resolved the issue right away.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

Not much. Website is pretty plain I guess it could use more visual design but not necessary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

ZeroBounce is easy to use and had good offerings for the price. Unfortunately, their pricing took a turn for the worse when they forced all users to sign up for subscription bundles. These are bloated and loaded with features you don't use, and you pay extra for services you don't want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

ZeroBounce used to let you pick and choose which services you wanted. This made them better than competitors that forced you to buy bloated subscriptions. ZeroBounce has taken a turn for the worse and now exclusively sells the same bloated packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
