What I dislike about ZeroBounce is honestly very minimal. The platform works really well, but if I had to point something out, it would be that the credits can run out quickly when verifying large lists. What problems is ZeroBounce solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZeroBounce is solving the problem of invalid and risky email addresses in my outreach lists. Before using it, I dealt with high bounce rates that hurt my sender reputation and limited the effectiveness of my cold email campaigns. "Great tool for validating emails"

What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

The ability to do validations for emails to verify their authenticity. As a small business, I receive advertising leads from social media and many are questionable. Having the ability to do quick validations on individual emails is great, while at the same time being able to upload a larger list to validate emails. Being able to have a solid list is key. What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

After completing our email validation process, we were able to successfully launch email campaigns without any delivery issues through our shipping host. This validation step is critical because it ensures that all recipient email addresses are accurate and active, significantly reducing the risk of bounces. A high bounce rate can negatively affect our sender reputation and may even cause our campaigns to be automatically paused or blocked by the system. By maintaining a clean, verified email list, we not only improve deliverability and engagement rates but also ensure the continuity of our marketing communications without disruption. What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

Highly effective. In general, well made service. Not much to complain about, their validation rate is high and I never had any troubles with the service. Just great industry standard when looking for emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

I once tried to utilise API but was never able to fully make it work. This would mainly be due to me as I was not able to create proper process. Not much to complain about. I did try a few similar services, but at the end I always end up with ZB. What could be great is if ZB would be able to search for emails based on domains and person name as well.
