**What do you like best about Customer Support?**

I’m very happy with ADP customer support. Since I hadn’t handled payroll before, I reached out to customer support many times, and I never felt like I was being annoying or calling too often. Each time, the staff was helpful, professional, and kind, which made the whole process much easier.

**What do you dislike about Customer Support?**

So far, I honestly haven’t found anything to dislike about ADP Customer Support.

**Recommendations to others considering Customer Support:**

Don’t hesitate—if you have a question or run into a problem, contact them right away. We want our employees to be paid properly and accurately, and they help make sure that happens.

**What problems is Customer Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever I run into an issue with payroll, I reach out to their support team, and they consistently help me in a friendly, cheerful, and professional way.

**What do you like best about Customer Support?**

Kapture is a great option to use as a mailing partner, offering efficient and customizable communication tools that enhance customer engagement

**What do you dislike about Customer Support?**

One thing I sometimes dislike about customer support is the delay in resolving complex issues due to multiple levels of escalation. It can be frustrating for both the agent and the customer when the resolution process is slowed down by dependencies or lack of access to necessary tools or information.

**What problems is Customer Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While using Kapture as a customer care executive, I found it extremely helpful that before sending an email to a customer, you can select the tone such as Friendly, Professional, Polite, or Casual. This feature stands out as one of the best parts of using Kapture, as it ensures the communication style aligns perfectly with the context and customer expectations
