The dashboard is fantastic and easy to use. You can pull up all the chats and get a great overview of the number of leads generated from live chats.

Nothing to dislike at the moment. We had one minor issue with accuracy but this was resolved immediately and the communication was great.

I would thoroughly recommend Melu to other marketing admins - it's a great service at a good price.

We don't have the capacity to manage the live chat function on our website, but see how important it is in being responsive to our customers and potential leads. 

Melu is a perfect solution for this and are a brilliant extension of our brand. They are very responsive to our needs and they're quality of work is excellent. All of the support agents speak in exactly the tone we need and they've taken all of the information on board perfectly. 

I would thoroughly recommend Melu to anyone who wants to upgrade their website and be more responsive to customers and prospects.

We are 40-year-old family law and estate planning mid-sized law firm in Portland, Oregon. We wanted to provide our clients and potential clients with a way to communicate with us outside of business hours.

**What do you like best about Melu Managed Live Chat?**

Implementing Melu Managed Live Chat was made easy by the staff assisting with writing the FAQs. Our clients and potential clients now have the ability to speak with a live human being 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We went Melu because of the live interaction. Our clients often question the person answering chat messages, asking if they are a live person. They are delighted when the answer is yes!

I am extremely pleased with Melu's services and I would encourage everyone to give them a try.

I wish I had a little more control over the Melu administrative dashboard, but every time we need a change made Melu staff quickly responds and updates information for us.... so, I wouldn't consider it a true "dislike."

We are allowing our clients and potential clients to communicate with us at times that are convenient and safe for them. With the pandemic creating situations where people are at home together, it is imperative that people seeking assistance with divorce or domestic violence can request help outside of business hours.

We are providing an opportunity for our staff to review Melu chat transcripts before reaching out to clients and potential clients to discuss their needs; a process that is far less stressful than our previous process.

It's efficient, insightful, and effective! Good reporting, the team provides a real-life connection as opposed to AI - maintaining this and scaling will be key!

The inconsistency between operators can cause inconsistency in our brand messaging such as where are services are located, and that we provide but ultimately it gets us the results!

Provide as much detail and information to Melu as possible during the induction - it will help them and it will help you in the long run!

Firstly, we are converting a lot of more website visitors on our site who perhaps were unable or didn't have time to find what they were looking for previously. Secondly, leads are pre-qualified before reaching our Sales team, allowing them to provide a more personalised and insightful first point of contact - ultimately solving their problem more efficiently and effectively.

Melu offers a great Managed Live Chat Service for a great price. They have real operators manning live chat functions on your website. You don't have to be sitting at your desk ready to answer an inquiry or hope they fill in the 'out of office Web form'. A real person is always there on your website ready to help prospective customers and get you more leads.

**What do you like best about Melu Managed Live Chat?**

More and more customers want to contact companies via live chat on the website.  Particularly the younger generation will use live chat instead of picking up the phone.  It's faster than email and you don't get stuck on hold.  Melu allows smaller companies to offer the same immediate responsiveness on live chat provided by bigger companies without paying people to do it yourself.  You give Melu the answers to the most common questions meaning they can support your customers as if they're one of your team.  They'll then collect the emails and phone numbers of the prospective clients for you to contact directly.  Highly recommended!

When I first started using Melu they didn't offer the manned coverage they now do.  Many of my clients would be looking for my services over the weekend.  Melu now DOES offer weekend manned excellent live chat coverage.

We use Melu Chat to provide initial answers to questions posed by visitors to our website and capture details of those visitors for us to follow up on directly.

It's actual people providing the responses rather than a chatbot, so the interaction is more personable, and the visitors feel like they're chatting to a member of the team rather than a robot. We've certainly won some good pieces of work from leads generated through Melu.

Our biggest challenge is finding the time to update the information sheet that the Melu team uses to respond to our visitors.

Melu ensures that we don't miss any new enquiries or opportunities from our website. We don't have a dedicated team that can monitor the website and respond to live chats in real-time, which has resulted in us missing new enquiries and business opportunities in the past. Since using Melu Managed Live Chat on our website, we have been able to capture those extra enquiries that would have otherwise been missed.

Professional, polite, and English-speaking chat agents who point our visitors in the right direction by providing links to pages around our website such as pricing, FAQs and our callback request page which helps us to capture leads. I also really like how we get emailed a chat transcript for every new lead, so that we know exactly what was talked about and can refer back to the live chat transcript to help answer questions when we pick up the conversation with the new lead.

Sometimes the information provided by the chat agent is not 100% accurate (i.e. charity pricing options), but overall there is nothing specific that we dislike about the service and will continue to use Melu going forwards.

We used to miss lots of new enquiries via our website because our team was unable to monitor the live chat box we had. This left visitors with an unprofessional service, and no response to their questions. Melu has helped us capture out of hours leads (and in hours to be fair)  that we lost previously. The service pays for itself a few times over. 

If you have used self-managed live chats, you will know that by the time you have a notification and opened the chat, the lead has often left. Melu solves that by having someone online 24/7. The live chat team responds to queries almost instantly. 

Onboarding is painless. An FAQ document is created to help direct the conversation to whatever goal you set e.g. book a call. The FAQ document can be tweaked at any point which helps improve conversion rates. 

Support is quick and friendly.

Melu operates live chat on our website. We are an insulation company and Melu consistently 10-15 quality leads per week. They communicate well with visitors and interact in such away that visitors feel confident to provide emails and full contact details . To be honest its like having an extra employee.

**What do you like best about Melu Managed Live Chat?**

Based in Oxford ,England and english is the first language for all operators. This being the first port of call for potential clients I want it to be right.

**What do you dislike about Melu Managed Live Chat?**

There was  no downside  for me, maybe my wife would complain that my phone dinging over the weekend with emails of new leads.

**What problems is Melu Managed Live Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its one thing getting people on your site but then you have to keep them there. Melu provides that friendly service 24/7 .

We have recently launched a new startup accelerator programme for the yachting industry and Melu Chat has helped us provide the best possible support to those that visited our website. The response rate on their end was extremely quick and very professional.

The speed of their response rate ensured that those on the website were engaged and encouraged to leave contact details, so that we could reach out to them at a later date. The personalised response from a real person on the other end was very useful.

Nothing, the team delivered as per expectations.

Go for it and give it a try, it's money well spent to engage with those on your website and to provide the best possible customer support. Your website it often the first place potential customers go before engaging with you, so providing a good customer support at the very beginning is an indication to the customer as to what the relationship with you will be like moving forward. First impressions matter!

We are solving the problem that as startup founders, we're extremely busy and can't dedicate 100% time to monitoring the website to engage with those potential customers / partners.

Melu has been amazing for converting website visitors into leads (and usually then clients).
