Melu operates live chat on our website. We are an insulation company and Melu consistently 10-15 quality leads per week. They communicate well with visitors and interact in such away that visitors feel confident to provide emails and full contact details . To be honest its like having an extra employee. What do you like best?

Based in Oxford ,England and english is the first language for all operators. This being the first port of call for potential clients I want it to be right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We have recently launched a new startup accelerator programme for the yachting industry and Melu Chat has helped us provide the best possible support to those that visited our website. Go for it and give it a try, it's money well spent to engage with those on your website and to provide the best possible customer support. Your website it often the first place potential customers go before engaging with you, so providing a good customer support at the very beginning is an indication to the customer as to what the relationship with you will be like moving forward.
