**What do you like best about Televerde?**

Working with Televerde has been a great experience for me and my team. Every interaction with their agents reflects professionalism, hard work, and a real desire to help us succeed. They learn fast, stay engaged, and approach every call with ownership and confidence. I’ve had the chance to spend time with them in person, and it only reinforced how much pride they take in the work they’re doing.
What I appreciate most is how dependable they are. When they say they will do something, I know it will get done. They communicate clearly, bring forward meaningful insights from their conversations, and help us reach prospects that are otherwise extremely hard to engage. Their energy and commitment make them feel like an extension of our own team, not an outside partner.
I’m grateful for the partnership we’ve built and look forward to continuing our work together.  .

**What do you dislike about Televerde?**

Sometimes our own admin and IT limitations slow things down, and without full integration into our email system I feel their outreach isn’t as effective as it could be.  I’m working to help address this.

Televerde’s lead management team has been great to work with, and I’m really excited about the results we’re starting to see and what’s still to come.
They picked up my business, projects, and services way faster than I expected and quickly started talking to customers in a way that fits how I want my company represented. Within a short time, they were already aligned with my goals and sales process.
The managers and supervisors I’ve worked with are easy to talk to, organized, and come to our check-ins with clear ideas and next steps, not just a recap of activity. The people making the calls are professional, prepared, and treat my customers the right way, which makes me comfortable having them represent my brand.
I also really like that Televerde gives incarcerated women real opportunities through training and certifications, and that a large part of their team comes from that program. That mission adds even more meaning to the results they’re helping me drive.
Overall, Televerde already feels like an extension of my own team, and I’m expecting this partnership to keep building my pipeline and revenue in a big way.

**What do you like best about Televerde?**

I appreciate the partnership and accountability Televerde brings to our sales function. They are highly motivated and efficient, engaging more prospects and providing faster response times to prospect hand-raisers. The reporting and weekly check-ins help track progress and improvements. Their speed-to-lead response times are stronger than what we previously had. Televerde's ability to respond to inbound requests allows our sales team more time for outbound prospecting, and they effectively handle our marketing-qualified leads which our in-house sales team couldn't manage.

**What do you dislike about Televerde?**

I feel there's a need for more ongoing training to improve strategy and knowledge of industry and solutions.

Televerde frees up our sales team for more outbound prospecting, handles MQLs, provides helpful reporting and faster speed-to-lead times, and enhances overall sales function with partnership and accountability.

Trained resources available who only need to adapt to parts of our process. No need for me to try to guess at who to hire and then spend months training. Televerde's resources get up-to-speed quickly and make an impact.

I can't say there's anything I dislike about Televerde or their model.

I would start with one set of products to begin and then layer in additional if you have a diverse set of products for multiple industries.

We don't have business development management bandwidth / expertise, so Televerde's process and resources meets our needs for lead qualification.

It took longer than anticipated to ramp up initially.
Although the prices are a little more, you get what you pay for.

Televerde is a great option if you're searching for a strategic partner to help ABM or outbound marketing campaigns and increase pipeline. They are a great complement to our revenue plan because of their results-driven mindset and people-first attitude.

**What problems is Televerde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we started working with Televerde more than a year ago, they have had a big influence on our lead generating initiatives. Not only do they produce high-quality leads, but they also take a consultative approach to comprehending our sales funnel, customer profiles, and long-term objectives.

Their staff is proactive, attentive, and constantly ready to change course in response to our changing demands; it feels like an extension of ours. Because of constant optimizations and frequent check-ins, the quality of leads has increased over time. Additionally, they provide thorough reporting, which has enabled us to make better judgments.

One noteworthy aspect is their dedication to socially conscious business methods, which complements our company's principles and gives the collaboration an additional level of meaning.

The uniquely inspirational mission of Televerde is absolutely the best part of working with them. The women who dedicate themselves to empowering others are remarkable. Their determination to be professionally successful is admirable.

The only downside I experienced was not being able to work with them for more than one fiscal year.

Get ready to have your sales funnel populated and your pipeling primed.  Ensure the team is communicating often with Televerde representatives.

Televerde is assisting with acquiring new leads as well as warming up acocunts that have gone cold or inactive.  This frees the Sales Engineers up to focus on closing orders and supporting customers needs.

Their calling power has reached more customers in a short time to be able to get the company message to end users and decision makers.  They are professional, articulate and are an extension of our internal Business Development department.

I have nothing that I dislike about using Televerde.

You can count on the representatives to carry the message that you have with your own internal employees and do a great job with the information that they are provided.  Melissa Snyder is always right on with her reporting of activities and stays right on task to be sure that the goals of the project are met or exceeded.

The representatives at Televerde have been able to attack lists that we currently do not have the bandwidth to internally.  They have picked up quickly and present quality data and information about each call that they make.

Everyone at Televerde is emotionally invested in delivering success to your project. Every interaction I had with a Televerde agent, manager, or leader was one of consummate professionalism and was geared towards meeting the evolving needs of our project stakeholders.

I have no dislikes about Televerde. They are the strongest agency I've worked with in delivering broad outbound demand gen success. I will continue to find opportunities to partner with Televerde in the future.

Don't discount Televerde based solely on price. They are worth every additional dollar in program spend, and they deliver a MUCH stronger set of results than any other outbound demand gen partner I've worked with in my career.

I will say the costs, at first, can be a little alarming but after digging into what you get and the results they generate, it's an easy pill to swallow

If you want a scalable way to have amazing talent helping you acquire revenue and be a true extension of your team that you don't have to spend time worrying about, this is a great option to look into. More importantly, you get to have a true impact on the lives of the televerde workers and having been onsite numerous times, I can say it's one of the most rewarding business decisions you can make. Truly a win-win

**What do you like best about Televerde?**

Televerde was very responsive to any questions or special needs we had and was very open about the process and reporting. The "leads" that were sent over were complete, and I would listen to some of the calls (as they were always recorded).

**What do you dislike about Televerde?**

Televerde is very cost-effective; there was nothing I disliked about them; they are responsive, get results, and are transparent about what they are doing and generating.

**Recommendations to others considering Televerde:**

In talking with the actual reps, at times, I would tell them to tone it down a bit; they were excellent at qualifying prospects and getting them to agree to further meetings with our reps, but I wanted to ensure that they were not getting appointments because they are good at that, but because they really would consider using our services.

At SGS, we needed help identifying new business opportunities, we had a great service offering, but at times, our sales team was too busy (or preoccupied) to reach out to new businesses to identify new business prospects.

**What do you like best about Televerde?**

Driven to make the relationship successful and very responsive to our legal and management team concerns during our evaluation process. They have a solid formula for success and a onboarding / measurement process to help you get up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about Televerde?**

I did run into some questions from my legal team and a couple of members of my management team regarding the use of incarcerated individuals for calling. However, these were handled and resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

They are definitely worth having in the Mix for your SDR outsourcing needs. They also have a global footprint so can take on the needs of a global organization.

Pure Storage was looking to get an Inbound SDR function up and running quickly to increase the effectiveness of our follow-up on leads and create accountability for conversion rates.

The team members were all exceptional from the account manager, to the success manager to the individual Televerde employees on the account.

Sometimes we would have opertaional road blocks that were not easily solved. We also had some knowledged gaps.

**Recommendations to others considering Televerde:**

Make sure all of your requirements are laid out in detail and expectations, benchmarks and dates are spec'd out. Define what success looks like with the program.  Where Televerde hands off and the partner takes over.

We needed to spin up inside sales qualifiers for our business without the time or the overhead typically needed.  And we needed to have the reliability of the leads.

The business model and the curriculum of how they train their agents.

Not much to dislike, just important to know that they may not be a fit for everyone.  They are a premium service which may not work out for everyone from a pricing perspective.

**Recommendations to others considering Televerde:**

Important for everyone to realize - it's always a two-way street.  You need be collaborating and proving feedback.  Like any good sales organization, it's not a 'set it and forget it' type relationship.  If you want a strategic partner, you have to be a strategic partner.

**What problems is Televerde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During my time at a previous employer, Televerde helped drive customer aquisition growth via strategic sales development strategies and prospecting efforts.  They were able to augment current internal efforts and eventually decrease the cost of aqusition by replacing internal teams.

**What do you like best about Televerde?**

Televerde deploys the latest CRM technologies, is fastidious with customer follow-up, and has an engaging and collaborative culture. They are very customer focused and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Televerde?**

Initial pricing can be a bit on the high side, vis-a-vis some of their competition. But when you deconstruct their contract detals, they provide more value compared to these same competitors.

**Recommendations to others considering Televerde:**

When seeking a sales development and lead generation partner, be sure to examin all aspects of the customer acquisition and management life-cycle.

**What problems is Televerde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Televerde was our partner for new business development and lead managment for a $1B IT services business in North America. They generated incremental/new revenue opportunities, and managed pipeline growth and velocity.

Experience, reliability and a true sense of urgency to deliver.  The team is always looking for ways to improve.  We have a genuine partnership with the Televerde team.

We haven't had any issues working with Televerde.  They are very responsive and willing to change their course as we discover better ways to work together.

**Recommendations to others considering Televerde:**

Dedicate time up front to provide the necessary collateral and training for the Televerde team.  Be sure your internal team understands their expectations for working with their SDR.  Monitor progress, celebrate the wins, and adjust the course as you uncover gaps.

Televerde is sourcing top of funnel pipeline and creating brand awareness for our organization.  So far, the results are remarkable and exceded expectations.

maybe i dislike the first move when i used the plataform, but after i used and understand it works very well

My growth was very slow, with zero real strategies that worked to bring in prospects, however, using this tool focused on solutions such as consumer experience and sales has helped me increase productivity and reception in sales and prospects, facilitating the process.

**What do you like best about Televerde?**

The ladies were awesome partners. They are all you could wish for with inside sales support teammates. Each had a very high sales agility, eagerness to learn and very motivated to perform for the campaign.

**What do you dislike about Televerde?**

The financial efficiencies were challenging to justify with low/single-seat MRR/ARR average deal sizes. Operationally it took extra effort to fully enable the ladies to access all the tools our typical sales rep would have access to.

**Recommendations to others considering Televerde:**

(This could be solved already) If there was a way to give the ladies a controlled internet experience to allow for a quicker launch time. We ultimately created sufficient workarounds, but it took some time/effort.

**What problems is Televerde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Austin, TX has a high cost per sales rep head. Televerde was an opportunity to expand our sales organization without having to take on the significant cost of increasing headcount in a high-cost to live city.

The team has great attitude and people who speaks english and Spanish so that will really help with getting the contacts for prospecting the probable customers.

Nothing yet, maybe a little more expertise in my vertical (automotive) would be cool but its a complex industry so I can imagine it's taking more time than they were thinking

Due to system limitations, we have had to create workarounds and new processes so we can drive the necessary results.

We had inside sales resourcing challenges while business requirements to drive double-digit growth in the Americas...I had wanted to partner with Televerde in another organization, however, we went with a cheaper BDR/SDR solution that produced little results. I am pleased that we did not make the same mistake again!

Televerde provide a customizable B2B solution for the management of sales, including market research and opportunity analysis.

Its one of those where you really need to look around to find the best value. It only launched its leading service in 2011, which still put its behind other Lead generation services.

**Recommendations to others considering Televerde:**

With any request for sales leads, nothing is guarenteed. You can end up paying for this service, paying for it and getting nothing in return. They can target specific segments that tailor to your requirements, and another upside, this is no long term contract service.
 I think it should only be used for your company does not have the resources to cold call.

Televerde offers several tiers of service to enable a small company to grow their database and target marketing to key contacts. Though we only used their service to purchase a list, their lead nurturing and business development packages were enticing.

**What do you dislike about Televerde?**

Wasn't 100% clear that their pricing model for data was inclusive, meaning, when you purchase a list of leads from Televerde you will get leads from each pricing tier, you can't just request the lowest tier.

**Recommendations to others considering Televerde:**

Lots of companies sell "phone book data" but Televerde verifies contact information before sending it to you. If you are looking for contacts in specific sectors or with specific job titles, Televerde will work with you to grow your database. I would definitely consider using them in the future for outsourced or supplemental business development/cold calling services.
