
My interactions with BruntWork partners was exceptional. There were 3 handoffs - sales and candidate identification, interviewing and selection, onboarding and support - and each person was professional, well-versed, on-time and provided fast follow-up. I like that full-time VAs earn paid tome off and other perks. The back-office for tracking time cards, paying bonuses, reviewing team details. etc., is easy to use and valuable. I’m in my first month of training my VA in marketing, course design, and social media, and there’s a steep learning curve as she gets to know my business so she can represent me and my goals well. Like any other employee, you have to invest time in a new VA, but I have no doubt it will pay off.
So far, I don’t dislike anything about BruntWork. That said, I do wish they provided a hiring and onboarding planning document (similar to a tax prep document) that lays out activities and practical tips that are otherwise spread across various videos and presentation decks. I ended up creating my own, but it took time. In the end, though, it was probably a helpful exercise and will make me better prepared the next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
