What do you like best about Ngage Live Chat?

I love that all of the information I need to reach out to the potential clients is conveniently in one email. It's very easy to navigate and filter out what is / isn't relevant to our line of work. Also, the customer service is phenomenal. I love working with Joann F. She is just wonderful! Joann has always been so responsive, helpful and kind in all of the communication I've had with her over the years. Yes! We've used Ngage for 5+ years now. We've never considered NOT utilizing Ngage because it's really gotten us many, many clients. Ngage and Joann are perfect because they are available when we need them, but never push anything...I always appreciate it when Joann reaches out with a special deal or new tool, but she has never once been pushy or demanding. We have had a wonderful working realtionship. Every time I've had a billing question (to adjust bills because of miscalculated leads), Joann has immediately taken care of my issue even though billing isn't her department. What do you dislike about Ngage Live Chat?

Their staff has been very responsive to our requests for changes in the script and they have always refunded us when we disagreed with a lead. I also like the "Private Eye" section which provides a little more contact info for the lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
