**What do you like best about Ngage Live Chat?**

I love that all of the information I need to reach out to the potential clients is conveniently in one email.  It's very easy to navigate and filter out what is / isn't relevant to our line of work.  Also, the customer service is phenomenal.  I love working with Joann F.  She is just wonderful!  Joann has always been so responsive, helpful and kind in all of the communication I've had with her over the years.  Yes!  We've used Ngage for 5+ years now.  We've never considered NOT utilizing Ngage because it's really gotten us many, many clients.  Ngage and Joann are perfect because they are available when we need them, but never push anything...I always appreciate it when Joann reaches out with a special deal or new tool, but she has never once been pushy or demanding.  We have had a wonderful working realtionship.  Every time I've had a billing question (to adjust bills because of miscalculated leads), Joann has immediately taken care of my issue even though billing isn't her department.

**What do you dislike about Ngage Live Chat?**

None that I can think of.  I have been happy with all of the interactions I've had.

Try it out.  You'll love it.  Ngage will be your new favorite way to passively enjoy new clients coming your way!

Ngage has been a wonderful way for us to get clients.  Generally speaking, our law firm receives a few potential leads every week.  It's an easy and convenient way to receive leads.  We get all of the information we need to make our initial contact with the potential clients in an email!

Their staff has been very responsive to our  requests for changes in the script and they have always refunded us when we disagreed with a lead. I also like the "Private Eye" section which provides a little more contact info for the lead.

**What do you dislike about Ngage Live Chat?**

It can be frustrating to see a site visitor's questions go unanswered in favor of collecting more contact info from them, but this is to be expected from any outside live chat service.

Just realize they are providing the service of collecting contact info on leads for your company rather than being customer support

Ngage Live Chat provides a path for my company to collect leads from our website by chatting with site visitors and passing along the site visitor's request and contact info. They solve the problem of us not being available around the clock to answer every question instantly

We have been extremely happy with Ngage.  Their professionalism and consistency is appreciated.  On rare occasions when we do have an "issue," they are easy to contact and the issue is resolved immediately.  They make life a lot easier for us.

We use Ngage Live Chat for rollover and after-hour calls. This is helpful when phones are busy during office hours so we don't miss a potential new client. They also do live after hour transfers for us as well.

A lot of the contacts we get are not inside our practice area or geographic area so it takes some time to filter through those to get to the ones that are relevant to us.

If one person connect with us who otherwise wouldn't have but for the Ngage chat feature that's good enough for me. Give it a try, you won't be dissapointed.

Any leads not about a law we practice or is out of our area of operations are automatically denied.  We only pay for the leads we want.

There is not slow down occurring.  Leads are coming in less frequently then when we first signed up.

We had a limited number of leads arriving, and with Ngage, now we have tips from all over the state while keeping those we are not interested in away.

We use Ngage Live Chat on many of our client's websites. We find the chats to be exactly what our clients need. The operators answer quickly, professionally, and accurately in proper English. We receive the chats in real time, which allows us to respond to queries quickly. If we need to dispute a chat, it is a very easy process. You simply click a reason (such as that it is an existing client or that it is outside your area) and you get it credited back within a few hours.

**What do you like best about Ngage Live Chat?**

What I like best is how responsive Ngage is to any concerns. If I see a simliar question coming in via chat, I make sure to let them know how to adapt our "scripts" to make sure the operators can answer it. As I already mentioned, disputing a chat is very simple.

**What do you dislike about Ngage Live Chat?**

The only downside that I have is that you do have to dispute the chats within a particular time period. If you do not (such as if you are out of town on vacation), then you have to reach out to your rep to override it. It's really not that big of a deal and I understand why there has to be a limit. I have never had a problem with reaching out quickly to my rep to get it fixed.

You won't regret using this service!

Potential web users want to be able to talk to a real person, in real time 24/7. Ngage allows us to fill in the gap for when offices are closed. The amount of chats we get in the middle of the night is quite surprising, so it is infinitely better to have that service.

Ngage Chat is a fantastic tool to help make the most of the traffic you are already acquiring as a business. Sometimes users need a little nudge to take action, and Nagage chat does just that! I also think that an actual human being on the other end of the conversation makes it that much more personable and engaging. We have seen the value since implementing it. I highly recommend it.

It's hard to choose. I like the whole thing. Notifications on email and text to various people, so there are no missed leads, are just so helpful.

Ngage Chat is vital resource for our Criminal Law Firm.  In this day and age, no one likes to pick up the phone and call a business anymore.  Ngage allows our potential clients to reach out to us quickly. We were worried about making this investment but it continues to pay off for us month after month.

The portal is easy to use and track clients that hire us.

We wish it would show that there was "NO Fee" charged in the portal.

It brings prospective clients to me, with adequate contact information so I can quickly reply.  You offer Spanish-language service.  You are reasonable about handling credit requests.

**What do you dislike about Ngage Live Chat?**

The prospect's gender is unknown ... and your service is often wrong on this point.  The information often isn't very detailed.  There apparently is no filter for repeated inquiries from the same individual, someone impatient for a response.  (The "credit" feature is the work-around.)

Ask Ngage about setting up a template to screen prospective clients.

I like the ability to receive live assistance when necessary and not have to always rely on chats.  Their staff well executes their customer service.

I would like a longer period of time to review and request  No Fee Credits.

I disliked their default chat script, but we were able to customize it to our use case, and it is now converting at a better rate.
