Their team is trained to pick on the nuances of the conversation and what is truly needed to qualify your prospects, sometimes you only get one shot do you want to rely on the bot your someone that doesnt really understand your business programmed?

The integrations were my only complaint on the service but they have since fixed that issue.

Don't rely on bots or ai!! I spend a lot of money driving engagement to my site and I only trust it to Chat Metrics.

At first I was reluctant to the idea of having live chat on our site. Because of the obvious reasons like continuous monitoring and having to train the agents. But with Chat Metrics I was surprised to hear that we don't have to go through any of these and above all the pricing was quite reasonable. The onboarding process was simple and the application was easy to integrate with website. The team was able to prepare FAQs to help our clients and set up a fully functional chat on our site within a day. There are a lot of metrics and statistics available which helped us push forward and improve our business considerably.

The dashboard can take a while to get accustomed to, but the support team is always there to clearly explain the necessary functions.

Also. the support team is just the best.

This has been the best service that I have came across so far. It has helped me a lot to manage the client relations. The back end management system is extremely user friendly and takes little to no previous training to figure out. The email support function is extremely useful and it has most of the integrations we need.

While the integrations with other platforms is great, when they do not work or fail to connect it can take time to fix or figure out another work around.

What we love most about Chat Metrics is that our site visitors and existing customers can engage INSTANTLY with a real person when they land on our website. The questions are answered straight away, which often leads the prospect to becoming a paid client...it's money in the bank, and provides wonderful customer service.

We use Chat Metrics to provide 24/7 live chats to potential customers who visit our website. Each agent is trained (by Chat Metrics) to answer product-oriented questions and to guide the visitor deeper into the funnel by scheduling sales calls and/or guiding them to our online shopping cart and even waiting while they checkout.

**What do you like best about Chat Metrics | Managed Live Chat?**

Initially, I was hesitant to start a service using a service like Chat Metrics because of all the setup and training that I thought I would have to provide from my side. They assured me that I wouldn't have to commit time to preparing materials or training because someone from their side would go through our site and create a compressive Q&A for the agents to use. I was still hesitant, but said "Okay." 
I was extremely surprised when less than a day later, I was given an excellent Q&A document to review. Not only was it fast and thorough, but it showed a true understanding of what questions and concerns our customers would have. I was extremely impressed.  So long story short - one of the best things is how easy it was for me as a client to get started. Barely any work on my part.  Of course, the other best part (and maybe the most important) is that we've seen a major increase in sales. More customers are purchasing through our shopping cart after getting a few of their questions answered on chat, whereas before, they would have waited for a sales person to call them back.

I don't really think that there are any downsides. Of course, sometimes a new agent might misunderstand a lead's question or answer incorrectly - but they are usually spotted by the Chat Metrics managers and corrected before it happens again. That would happen even with an in-house sales team too, so it's natural it would happen with our Chat Metric's team.

Chat metrics has helps us create more leads from our website, convert more "no-touch" leads into sales on our online shopping cart, and qualify leads before scheduling demo calls.

Helped us reduce our website bounce rate by over 66%, increased our productivity as earlier we allocated each team member a certain hours to man the chat during our working hours which was a huge distraction. Chat Metrics not only helped freed us from all those wasted distraction but convert nearly 3 times of what we converted at our inhouse live chat and that too 24/7 now.

The only recommendation I would make is to have a mobile app I can see my leads on. It is very handy for a small business.
