Choosing Whippy AI has been the best decision we've made for expanding our outreach and improving communication. The standout feature for us is definitely the Omnichannel Team Inbox. By bringing together all our SMS, email, and VoIP business phone calls into a single, unified view, we were able to break down silos and immediately enhance our team's visibility.

The AI-powered sequences and workflow automations are another area where this product excels. We rely on them for a range of tasks, from automating candidate check-ins to scheduling follow-ups with clients. This level of automation has saved our team countless hours each week and has brought a new level of consistency and professionalism to our messaging that we couldn't achieve before. Beyond the product itself, the customer support team has been exceptional—always responsive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping us get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Whippy?**

The core user interface is extremely simple and intuitive, making it easy to get started. However, when it comes to more advanced customization—particularly in creating complex, multi-conditional workflows—there is a noticeable learning curve, and some initial support may be necessary. While this is only a minor issue, since the platform’s power and complexity are what make it effective, having a more streamlined interface for advanced users would be a welcome improvement.

Whippy AI has addressed our most significant challenge: achieving scalability and increasing the speed of engagement. We have been able to save a considerable amount of time by reducing manual, repetitive tasks. Our team can now automatically follow up with leads and candidates, which saves us approximately 45 minutes for each applicant we process. The platform also guarantees that every lead or candidate receives a personalized and professional message at precisely the right moment in their journey. Additionally, Whippy AI enables us to handle a much greater volume of communication without the need to hire more administrative staff, effectively automating capacity for both our recruiting and sales teams.

**What do you like best about Whippy?**

I like all the different utilities Whippy can interact with and the easy access it provides to contact our associates and applicants in another way. I appreciate how applicants receive immediate responses instead of waiting to hear from a potential employer. Integration with Indeed is important because it reaches out to candidates when they apply, day or night. The initial setup experience was perfect, and the Whippy team was fantastic in helping us.

I do wish we could upload a list of numbers to have blocked immediately.

I use Whippy for recruitment, providing an immediate contact point for applicants and associates. It helps with general communication and integrates with various utilities like Indeed, enhancing candidate outreach day or night.

**What do you like best about Whippy?**

First off the team and their responsiveness.  Everyone we have encountered has been a pleasure to work with and put our needs as their priority.  They pro-actively ask about our challenges and build solutions to improve our processes.  I find Whippy incredibly valuable for many reasons. First and foremost, it significantly speeds up communication within our office, which helps solve problems more efficiently and makes our business operations much smoother. The use of AI agents, sequencing, and mass texting features are particularly outstanding as they are extremely valuable, providing our associates with a better overall experience. Additionally, the onboarding experience with Whippy was unique and highly beneficial; having the CEO be directly involved and the team focused on helping us solve problems created really effective processes for our business. The setup was also extremely easy as they managed it for us, easing the transition from our previous tool, Zipwhip, and cementing my feeling that switching to Whippy was the correct choice for our needs.

With AI bots, there are always a few things to work out at first. That said, there isn’t anything we dislike, because we were able to resolve all of those bumps along the way.

I LOVE using Whippy to communicate with candidates - it provides us the tools to constantly be in touch with them, filter what candidates we want to talk to, and sets up campaigns with ease.

I don't find there to be many downfalls with Whippy. It sends you a ton of notifications - which would be the only thing  that would be a dislike. But you can turn those off!

They help us reach out to a mass amount of associates at one time - whether it is to schedule them, send a reminder, or run a position. It takes the burden off our back of calling down a list!

It's also fantastic that Whippy integrates with our applicant tracking system, Bullhorn. The initial setup of Whippy was extremely easy, which is always a bonus.

Very easy to use, features are very intuitive.  Consistently developing new features and use cases focused on my industry.  Whippy provide great training  initially and when new features are launched and really when ever my team needs help.  Product is well designed to be used by a team and create easy visibility to what others on the team are doing.  This saves us time and allows us to quickly see what is going on with specific clients and associates.

Nothing really. We use Whippy frequently every day, and it greatly increases the amount of communication and work we can get done.

Beyond the obvious and clear benefits of texting as a quick and easy way to communicate, templates and scheduling allows us to follow-up in a predictable and scheduled manner. Their customer support is unmatched. They're extremely responsive and don't rely on Ai chat bots to deal with issues/answer questions. When they don't have an answer immediately, they always get back to us within 24 hours.

The only negative is the limitations when texting international numbers.

Ease of use, UI, ability to pull together a pipeline with a wide variety of tools, the chrome extension, the ghosted feature, all the abilities to automate responses, the ability to track links and send PDFs, the mobile app.

Above all else, my experience with Daniel Walsh from the Whippy team has been outstanding, he really does care about those he is supporting.

Whippy's comprehensive API documentation made the platform very easy to integrate with our SaaS application. Our software engineering team had all the resources to build an SMS integration within a couple of days. Their customer support was very quick to assist with any question or need, and we appreciate their dedication.
Overall the platform was simple to use and understand.

The only thing I dislike about Whippy is it was hard to find them, as they are a small company

My team and I are thoroughly enjoying this platform. We use texting for real estate marketing and was running into deliverability issues. We were recommended on Reddit to check out a couple providers and we found Whippy.ai to be pretty game changing. They have cool features that allow you to increase deliverability and avoid getting blocked, send it batches, reporting on who is interested, ai responders etc. Highly recommend.

How responsive the team at Whippy is to our needs and how user-friendly the application is.  We converted from a competitor and Whippy is head and shoulders above the rest.  They are the most responsive Team that I have ever experienced in 34 years of business to business service.

They are going to grow so fast that they may not always have the small town feel that they give customers now.  But this is one customer that is not leaving them!

They have streamlined our ability to stay in contact with all of our associates and clients at the click of a button.  They eliminated the need to download spreadsheet from our proprietary software into excel, organize all the phone numbers, then save and import them into Whippy to send multiple recipient communications.  So easy with Whippy.  No exports necessary, they gather the information from my screen and I simply confirm information and send.

They are very responsive if we have minor issue, it is easy to use and communicate with potential clients. I use it daily, hourly, and even use the app on my phone.

I wish we were made aware how the credits were used, we found out about the use of emojis vs how many credits that takes after using whippy for several months.

I enjoy the comfortablity to be able to set and schedule sequenxees/ campaigns for my candidates. It saves me time and im able to focus on more important tasks.  I like to use whippy when trying to communicate with multiple people at once. It definitely saves you alot of manual work by just the click of a button. My experience has been nothing but positive, No technical issues I have had occur since starting

I have nothing negative to say about whippy. It is a pretty nice app that provides quick assistance through all jobs.  Whippy should be offered to all businesses .

whipy has solved issues as much as being able to text with the add on from any of our sites that we use. We no longer have to go into whippy to send messages.

The fact that the whole office can see communications with associates so we don't double-up or miss anything. Convenient because I can check it on my cell without having to share my personal number. we get lots of applicants who don't speak English and it makes it super convenient to be able to text in their native language using the translation tool in the app.

**What do you dislike about Whippy?**

So far, so good.  I think I need to get a bit more into some other applications to get a better use of the campaigns and mass messages. Maybe a way to access some tutorials without having to contact a rep for assistance.

**What problems is Whippy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Immediate contact with associates,  sharing info with peers and having the chance to schedule messages for important events, interviews and reminders. Wonder if the option for audio messages is siomething that could work as well??  Someone tred to send me an audio message and did not work.  (just wondering)

The engineers that work with whippy are accessible, they listen to feedback. They are also there when there is a problem, and they get it fixed. I've tried alot of texting platforms and the big thing lacking is innovation, and customer services. Whippy has both.

With Whippy our business is able to have multiple lines, accessible in one place. We can mass text, and we can personalize mass texts. They also have some great automation solutions. We have doubled our google reviews using whippy's automation. I could go on.

The most helpful part about Whippy is that I can creat a tamplet of what I want to say and save it so I can you use it over and over again as needed. Espacaily saveing links on the tamplets. Its so easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Whippy?**

I one thing I dislike about Whippy would have to be when that one time I had to recruit over 20 people so I was sending messages back to back to people not realizing that none of the messages were going through because the app was down. It would be nice if they can have something pop up on the screen to let you know there working on the problem. I spent almost 8 hours recruiting on whippy for nothing.

We initially chose Whippy because of the features that allowed us to have many team members easily use and manage communication in the platform. However, because of the innovation and close contact with the Whippy team, we have been able to automate and optimize many vital functions and communication points with our associates and job seekers. Every day we find a different way to use the platform to solve a pain point or to provide better results for an existing process.

Whippy has saved us an uncountable amount of time with our communication and recruiting processes. The ease of use, elite customer service, and overall functionality make this product invaluable to our business. Our efficiency has increased tenfold since adopting Whippy as our communication platform. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a communication platform.

I can only speak on Whippy from a larger team perspective. We have a big internal team and deal with thousands of candidates daily, and it has been a lifesaver for us. I am unsure how useful or not useful it would be on a smaller scale.

Convenient, I am able to use it on the computer or on my phone if I'm on the go. The template and schedule feature is also very very handy. Other companies don't have the on-the-go feature.

Sometimes it is glitchy or sent from the wrong company number. Consistent updates and help videos would improve the experience. Also adding a feature so multiple people can get notifications for responses.  Besides that, it works great

It is straightforward to use, both on our end and on the end of our patients. We also love how simple it is to send files, and our patients feel confident texting us because we're using our pharmacy number. They also respond very quickly if you ever have any question or concern.
