What do you like best about Whippy?

Choosing Whippy AI has been the best decision we've made for expanding our outreach and improving communication. The standout feature for us is definitely the Omnichannel Team Inbox. By bringing together all our SMS, email, and VoIP business phone calls into a single, unified view, we were able to break down silos and immediately enhance our team's visibility.

The AI-powered sequences and workflow automations are another area where this product excels. We rely on them for a range of tasks, from automating candidate check-ins to scheduling follow-ups with clients. This level of automation has saved our team countless hours each week and has brought a new level of consistency and professionalism to our messaging that we couldn't achieve before. Beyond the product itself, the customer support team has been exceptional—always responsive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping us get the most out of the platform. What do you dislike about Whippy?

The core user interface is extremely simple and intuitive, making it easy to get started. However, when it comes to more advanced customization—particularly in creating complex, multi-conditional workflows—there is a noticeable learning curve, and some initial support may be necessary. While this is only a minor issue, since the platform’s power and complexity are what make it effective, having a more streamlined interface for advanced users would be a welcome improvement. What do you like best about Whippy?

First off the team and their responsiveness. Everyone we have encountered has been a pleasure to work with and put our needs as their priority. They pro-actively ask about our challenges and build solutions to improve our processes. I find Whippy incredibly valuable for many reasons. First and foremost, it significantly speeds up communication within our office, which helps solve problems more efficiently and makes our business operations much smoother. The use of AI agents, sequencing, and mass texting features are particularly outstanding as they are extremely valuable, providing our associates with a better overall experience. Additionally, the onboarding experience with Whippy was unique and highly beneficial; having the CEO be directly involved and the team focused on helping us solve problems created really effective processes for our business. The setup was also extremely easy as they managed it for us, easing the transition from our previous tool, Zipwhip, and cementing my feeling that switching to Whippy was the correct choice for our needs. I really like the ease at which you can communicate with employees and candidates using Whippy. The Campaigns feature has been a great resource, allowing us to reach our database effectively by streamlining a message related to a pertinent topic or highlighted job that we want to present. It's also fantastic that Whippy integrates with our applicant tracking system, Bullhorn. The initial setup of Whippy was extremely easy, which is always a bonus. Very easy to use, features are very intuitive. Consistently developing new features and use cases focused on my industry. Whippy provide great training initially and when new features are launched and really when ever my team needs help. Product is well designed to be used by a team and create easy visibility to what others on the team are doing. Whippy is incredibly easy to use, with intuitive features that make daily tasks more efficient.
