What do you like best about Emitrr?

We love Emitrr customer service. We have used their text platform for a while and switched to our scheduling program to make things a little simpler and ended up coming back quickly. We also just signed up to use their VOIP and we are excited and hopeful it will also be better then our scheduling platform. What do you like best about Emitrr?

We've been using Emitrr for several months now, and it's been a game-changer for our communication strategy. Staying connected with our customers is essential, and this platform makes it incredibly simple and effective.

The interface is clean and intuitive, which made onboarding easy for our entire team. Scheduling messages, managing contact lists, and tracking delivery and engagement stats are all seamless. We especially love the customization options and automation tools.

Customer support has been outstanding. Whenever we've had questions or needed help with setup, the team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Most importantly, our messages are delivered quickly and reliably. We've seen a noticeable boost in engagement and response rates since making the switch.

What do you like best about Emitrr?

I so appreciate the Customer Service that is quick and helpful. If their is not an immediate answer, they are open to considering alternatives and resolve our needs. The Emitrr tools easily meet our needs for texting and web-bots on our websites. Our staff find the interface easy to use as do the community that access our services. Emitrr has been a wonderful tool for our business. It has vastly improved our marketing efforts and is super easy to use/user friendly. The customer service is unmatched - anything I ask for help with is acknowledged quickly and usually resolved within a day or less. They also are quick to implement new ideas from clients. What do you like best about Emitrr?

User friendly layout and design that helps. Especially with our business model using multiple numbers. The customer support has always been extermely helpful and responsive. My only dislike for Emitrr is that there is no auto-response options for certain hours of the day. Other platforms we have used in the past allowed for auto-reply during after hour periods and weekends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emitrr?

We're using Emitrr at the Spokane Police Department to automate officer recruitment efforts. Emitrr allows us to send notifications in bulk to prospective candidates and helps us ensure we're communicating well. Emitrr was very easy to implement, the support team is excellent, and we've had no issues getting the system going.
