
We signed up with Waybeo for a simple requirement - generating virtual numbers that would capture caller details and sync into our CRM while parallely connecting to our call center. As we continued to use it, a host of new use cases started coming up - capturing campaign details, sources, UTM parameters, placing hidden fields - and the Waybeo team was able to develop each of these and make them available quickly and painlessly integrate into our systems. The team's responsive and quick to correct any issues that arise; accessible, well-trained on product, and open to co-developing the product in line with our roadmaps and requirements. The biggest problem (which is not so big) we have faced is on PII security. When a number is captured, it is stored as an unencrypted value, so could potentially be visible to all salesforce users. This is controllable with access permissions, but could remain a potential weakness - not so much a Waybeo problem as much as it's a Salesforce one, but this remains a factor to keep in mind when integrating.
