## Walnut Reviews
  ### 1. The perfect CRM addition!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arben C. | Marketing manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

What I like best about Walnut: First, it plugs into your CRM, so a full-funnel experience is present. Second, the demonstrations can be easily adapted to multiple audiences with different requirements instantly. Lastly, I think the platform overall is very user-friendly and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Not much but I’ll update this if needed - perhaps add onboarding support via zoom. That would be a good addition to an already good product, while providing a personal touch.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, I believe that Walnut is a great product for sales teams who want to showcase products in an ideal way. It is simple to use and has allowed our team to free up time that was previously spent on creating demos. I truly think that it’s the Canva of it’s niche which is probably the highest praise I can give it.

  ### 2. Fantastic content demo platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sher K. | Sales Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I first heard of Walnut through their brand work, and using their product it feels like carrying the same nice vibe. Tech wise, I like that my Walnut is comprehensive and includes all the abilities that I need to present our product in the best light possible. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes it ideal for sales presentations. I’ve actually never made a mistake in a demonstration when using Walnut. That’s a massive time saver. Some of our other teams are using it too, So I guess it goes beyond AE’s or SE’s.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Some features are probably missing for a company in our space/size, but this has been raised with the support team and I believe that they’re working on some of them.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our product demonstrations are very smooth with Walnut which increases the efficiency of our sales process and lets us close more deals. This ultimately improves our bottom line, and makes Walnut an essential part of our organization.

  ### 3. Perfect for sales and product demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Easy to setup product demos for the sales team, ensure efficiency, personalize demos as per convenience - helps in better conversion later on

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Nothing as of now, may be once we scale up, we will know more

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Poor quality product demonstrations has been a major bottleneck, Walnut changes this and ensures we get to personalize and create high quality that has ultimately helped in better customer experience

  ### 4. Best Product for Demo, easy and valuable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia M. | Associate Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

We used to face a lot of problems while demoing from the conventional methods, walnut changed that for us, it easy to use and flexible, we can edit storylines based on our client requirements without working on it for a longer period of time, it saves a lot of time which was not the case before, this I think is the most important and fun part of walnut.
Walnut has an amazing feature in which it auto - aligns the screenshots captured which makes it easier to process the entire demo story line.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Walnut as a whole is a very great product, it has lots of advantages which cover up for its downsides, but if we talk about areas of improvements, it is quite slow and it shuts down abruptly while we are in the process of creating a storyline or a demo flow. Although these are not major issues since we have not faced it during presentations, but it surely is an area of improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering Walnut:**

I would advice to all the people looking at walnut that it is one of the best products for demo purposes, creating custom presentation, getting the work done in minimal effort, no technical knowledge required. It is time saviour, you can focus on the presentation rather that creating the presentation,
The autosave and the auto alignments of screenshots makes it eaiser to create a demo storyline

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut is solving a lot of problems that were facing earlier. Especially in the sales world, we have quite tight deadlines, making customisation in our software every time a request comes up is not an efficient approach and can take a lot of time and hard work, with walnut we can have custom demo script prepared, with much less time and much less resources

  ### 5. Walnut makes demos that move the needle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Walnut is an interactive demo platform that helps you demo your product. It provides a simple, clean interface for you to walk through your product's features and benefits. This makes it easy for customers to understand what your product does and how it can help them. Additionally, Walnut allows you to customize your demo for each customer, so you can focus on the features that are most important to them. At our organization, we have several demonstrations that are tailored to different audiences. This makes them more likely to become paying customers and has increased sales by almost 15%.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Not much to dislike! So far things are running smoothly. I guess, better guides to being with would have been helpful. Some more quick-start templates would have been good too.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut is solving the painful demo problem, and better than alternative tools IMO.

The customization ability means that I can create demos that speak to different audiences, and the built-in analytics let me see how well my demos are performing with different traffic sources so that I can make adjustments on the fly. This is beneficial to me because it means that I can focus on creating a great product, rather than worrying about how I'm going to sell it.

  ### 6. Walnut was a big help when we launched our new SaaS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken S. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Walnut helped us create a personalized and interactive demo to make the onboarding part of our dashboard easier to understand. Now when new customers sign up they're guided through the onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Not really finding anything yet. It's been pretty easy to get up and running. Some times it's a little slow but I'm not sure if that's my testing or their network.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating our sales is the hard part and I don't want to be hiring salespeople who aren't familiar with our service from day 1. With Walnut we can create a demo and send it to people to presell them before they're ready to buy. Then when they talk to me I can just eliminate their restrictive beliefs. Win!

  ### 7. Great tool for quickly creating demos that is constantly improving.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Walnut makes it easy to get product tours & demos up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Nothing major, I would keep in mind screen sizes and ideal resolution when capturing but a lot has been done to improve in this area.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut is helping with our Product Led Growth initiatives.

  ### 8. It's easy to learn and produces great results.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Penelope R. | Product Management Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

There are quite a few things that I like about Walnut. Firstly, the quality of support is really good. I am in a new role and that comes with a lot of learning. I’ve never had to wait more than 3 hours for a solution, and any issues that I have with their product are usually solved within a few minutes. Secondly, I have created more than 25 demonstrations based on one template. It’s really scalable. I tested demonstrations until I found one with the best conversion rate, and then I doubled down. Walnut made this process seamless and all I had to focus on was presenting. Thirdly, I am able to embed the demonstration in every format that I’ve tried. We sometimes work in a legacy space and many of our clients are technologically challenged, but Walnut made demonstrations are always usable.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

There are a lot of features and I didn’t understand the storyline component initially. I had to contact support for a bit of a walkthrough. Once I became familiar, this wasn't an ongoing issue.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut lets me create and serve high-performing product demonstrations that really move the needle in my demonstration process. I would consider it somewhat of a Swiss army knife. Protip: you can use Walnut to create explainer videos and walkthroughs internally for teammates :)

  ### 9. Amazing tool that can be used to create a live presentation on the go!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh V. | Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The ability of Walnut to make edits on any screenshots on the go, and also the ability to copy an entire HTML to create a mockup of our own is the best feature so far! The latest feature that has been released called Smart Objects makes it easier for us to take screenshots of an entire tab or a sub-tab and use it in different screenshots. Also, the option to add guides as well as the links makes it easier to have a hybrid screenshot that can cater to both the needs, which includes Guided screenshots as well as navigation-related screenshots. Overall, the software makes life easy when it comes to building a demo within a very short deadline. Also, the software always keeps on upgrading its capabilities to provide solutions to better use cases.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The application lags sometimes to start and also there are a few bugs in saving the screenshots sometimes. For instance, I had clicked a screenshot of a webpage and the application stopped working completely. This required a browser restart to get things right. Additionally, I believe that the UI of guides could have a better UI. The one that is present currently makes it a bit complex for newbies to understand about the guides.

**Recommendations to others considering Walnut:**

Have a demo that requires a lot of customisation and has a tight deadline? Walnut is the solution!

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some complex demos that require too much customisation in the software, can be easily done by screenshotting them and editing them on the walnut. It also gives a feel that we are on a real web application.

  ### 10. Demonstrations go off without a hitch with Walnut.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

There's a lot that I like about Walnut. Firstly, it's a great tool for building sales demonstrations for all audiences. I'm able to wow audiences like never before. I think of it as the "canva" of pre-sales because there's no design experience required. It's very easy to make a design and duplicate it with minor edits for each client.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Everything has been really good with Walnut so far. I've been a customer of theirs for about four months and I have had a smooth experience. I haven't experienced any problems that other reviews describe.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wowing clients with sales demonstrations has really improved our sales pipeline and resulted in more deals being closed. We used to do in-person demonstrations exclusively, but Walnut has helped us to improve our conversion rate virtually which is cheaper for us.

  ### 11. A broken tool disguised as a solution

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

There is little to enjoy about Walnut. It's buggy and a low-grade platform whose competitors run circles around it. This tool feels like a beta release. They claim to save you time but in my experience using it, we've wasted countless hours and had to scrap it entirely. The efficiency gains with this platform are 0. I would hope my competitors are using this application because that in itself is a competitive advantage.

This platform poorly functions, lacks results, is unreliable, and takes time away from actual revenue generating activities.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Saves don't work half the time. That 30 minutes you just spend making updates? Gone. Need to move between multiple pages in your demo? Good luck. You're about to be manually linking EVERY SINGLE page together (which probably won't even save!). "Smart Objects" are far that - they are not reliable at all. Sometimes elements on the page are unselectable in Walnut's editor - which renders the entire concept of the tool useless.

**Recommendations to others considering Walnut:**

If you are considering Walnut, reconsider. Walnut is like flapping a banana leaf to cool you off in 100° weather. Why would you go with that when you can invest in central AC for the same price as the banana leaf?

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut is creating more problems than it is solving. There are no benefits at the micro or macro levels with this tool. What is has shown is our need to evaluate other solutions in the market and replace Walnut.

  ### 12. Easy to use, intuitive, customizable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elino R. | Engineering Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The ease of creating beautiful demonstrations is Walnut's USP. I am an engineer and typically leave demonstration creation to other resources in our team, but with Walnut, I have begun to create these myself. Their suite of tools makes it very easy as the platform is intuitive and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

There is a recurring issue where if I am using Firefox, the program can lag excessively. I have tried to debug this issue to no avail so I just use Chrome instead where this issue does not occur. I don't know if this is a fault of Walnut's or Mozilla's.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can use their platform to create internal demonstrations which we have used to present projects to wider groups. This has helped us convey the value of our initiatives, increase our budget, and improved our reputation in our organization.

  ### 13. Our customers are consistently impressed by demos we make with Walnut.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anita d. | Design Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I like how consistent demonstrations are with Walnut, and how quickly you can make professional demonstrations. I am a graphic designer by profession and I can whip up demonstrations using Walnut for my sales teams in a third of the time it would take me otherwise. This reduces our sales cycle, allows us to close more deals, and saves us time and money. In addition, the demonstrations always scale well regardless of the device being used, and the creative platform is super user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I have experienced a period of lag occasionally where the system freezes for a few minutes at a time and needs a refresh. This has happened 3 times in my 6 months of using Walnut.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can use Walnut to create demonstrations for our sales team in record time which means they can close more deals, faster. I estimate that Walnut saves me between 10 and 20 hours a month, which really helps to justify its cost.

  ### 14. Super helpful tool for sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I like being able to demo our product on sales calls, or send the demos in between meetings. Before we used Walnut, there was a lot of “we’ll circle back with a demonstration” and “check your email after this call for a link”. Now, we’re able to present the demonstration live to our customers, and send them a copy afterward. The difference that this has made to our sales process cannot be overstated. Furthermore, I really like the ability to keep the core demonstration the same while adding small client-specific details. This helps to personalize demonstrations.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Very little. I don’t recall any major problems or dislikes with Walnut. I think adding the ability to call APIs and other forms of dynamic content in the demonstrations would improve the product.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Walnut-made demonstrations to convey the value of our product during the sales process. Additionally, we also use Walnut to create onboarding materials for said clients when they join us.

  ### 15. Easy to use and highly fucntioning tool!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara D. | Senior content specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I love the ability to change images and text on a screen to customise it in the best way for the demos I need to create. It's something I wasn't aware of until after I had been using the tool for a while, and when I discovered it I realized just how great it is!

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

There is a bug with previewing, which doesn't allow you to start a preview from a different screen than the first one. i know it's something the team is working on though!

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing clients how to do things via demos makes it all more engaging and easier to comprehend. I love it whenever I see it from companies, and I'm glad I get to do this for my company's clients now

  ### 16. It's remarkably easy to use Walnut for personalized product demonstrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob D. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Walnut makes creating sales and product demonstrations remarkably easy. I am not in a sales role, I occasionally do sales and I love using Walnut to demonstrate product functionality to internal teams in my company, and external clients. I have received amazing feedback on how clear and concise and easy to understand my presentations and calls are with Walnut, and I've won several contracts thanks to Walnut (remember I am not in sales, so this is a great feat for me!).

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I don't have any dislikes. Walnut is an excellent tool and fulfills exactly what it advertises.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have no sales experience and Walnut has helped me land several deals for my company, but typically I use Walnut to create feature demonstrations for my team. I am a software engineer who doubles as a PM, and Walnut is one of my secret tools for making amazing interactive demonstrations. I can create different demos to explain relevant features to different groups, which is a massive win for me.

  ### 17. Product demonstrations are very quick with Walnut

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

There are many reasons why I like to use Walnut to create product demonstrations. One reason is that it is very easy to use. I can create a demo in minutes by adding slides, videos, and interactive elements. Another reason is that Walnut provides a lot of flexibility. I can easily customize my demonstrations to match my company's style guide. Lastly, Walnut has a lot of great features that make my demos more engaging and effective. For example, the Google Chrome extension allows me to easily capture screenshots from Chrome and place them in my demonstration.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I did have issues with Chrome occasionally crashing when using the extension, but this could be limited to my device. It haven't had the ability to test Walnut on multiple devices at this time.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Walnut to help me better explain how our product works and to show potential customers how it can be used to solve their problems. The suite allows me to convey how our product works in a real-world setting, and leads that are shown demonstrations convert around 35% higher which more than justifies the cost of Walnut.

  ### 18. Walnut makes amazing demonstrations quickly and easily.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Walnut makes creating sales and product demonstrations really easy. As a recent graduate into an SDR role, demonstrating our product was a difficult task until we started to use Walnut. Every demonstration we make using their tool has a much better conversion rate compared to the way we were making demos before. It's extremely easy to copy and make similar demonstrations for different clients and there's no code knowledge required.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I can't recall any major issues. I haven't used their support so I can't speak to the quality of that. Occasionally the demonstration tool becomes unresponsive during creation but that could be my machine as well.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can create effective and impactful sales demonstrations very quickly and tailor them to a range of different clients with a few button clicks. It makes the sales process a lot easier for me. Clients love to see our offerings in action and we can show them that with Walnut-made demonstrations.

  ### 19. The best demo experience tool for sales teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie S. | Revenue, North America, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Walnut allows sales teams to showcase their product to prospects and clients in a shareable, interactive, experiental demo that is easy to create and use. Creating demos in Walnut is intuitive, unlike some of the other options out there, which allows individual sellers on our team to create the content that they need for their specific deals. At Contractbook, we have won several key deals because of the ability to showcase our product and integrations through Walnut. It is an integral part of our sales motion.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

No complaints here :) the team at Walnut always works with us to ensure we have the support that we need.

**Recommendations to others considering Walnut:**

Buy it ASAP.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes it is hard to convey the experience a prospect would have using your software. Demos are great, but most of the time they want the ability to touch and feel a prodcut before they are ready to commit to buying. Walnut allows us to give that experience to our buyers. We can highlight specific important moments based on their needs and allow them to experience what it would be like to use Contractbook before buying.

  ### 20. A very powerful tool with no learning curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I really like that Walnut is easy to use. There are many features but it never once feels overwhelming or counterintuitive. I have been able to create super awesome feature demonstrations in no time at all for clients with little work. It reminds me of Canva, in a super-powered way.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Another review mentioned dynamic content and I think that would be a great upgrade. If we could add dynamic content with API support I think that would be awesome. Otherwise I don't have many complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering Walnut:**

I would recommend that you give it a try in case you are interested. Their demonstration is really quick and sold us almost immediately.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our demonstrations have been upgraded since using Walnut which makes it easier to convince customers and close deals quicker. We can attribute a revenue increase thanks to Walnut.

  ### 21. Really powerful tool but requires time to learn how to use it

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Ease of having storylines available that are possible to tailor to create a demo

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Not intuitive about how to change aspects of the storyline to be able to achieve good results in a good amount of time. Most salespeople won't have the time to figure this out rendering the tool unusable

**Recommendations to others considering Walnut:**

Consider spending a lot of time to familiarise yourself with how to alter storylines

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not exactly able to solve a problem as it doesn't replace the need for a demo or a screen recording because of how time-consuming it is to tailor a storyline to a prospect's needs

  ### 22. Demo personalization at its best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Idan G. | VP Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Being able to create interactive demos to show prospects specific tools of ours that solve their needs.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

When we started using Walnut, we wanted a CTA at the end of the demo so that prospects would know what to do once they clicked through the whole thing. But Walnut rolled out a fix for this already so we’re as happy as a clam.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A great way to use this product that one of my teammates discovered is to create a thorough demo of your whole product and then break it down to small tutorials to show off specific tools when you need them. (We also use these tutorials for customer onboarding!)

  ### 23. Easy demo tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

  ### 24. Great for sending brief product demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh J. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Walnut has been a great tool to break our solution into bite size pieces to share with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I'm not usually setting up the product demos so my perspective on the ease of use of the product is limited from that perspective, but it's simple to send the links and monitor their usage.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting more buyers engaged in our sales process and to join future live demos.

  ### 25. Great solution to offer customer-centric product demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom O. | Growth Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The platform is really codeless & intuitive so it's easy to personalize the demos for each prospect. It requires no dev workforce and allows us to scale our sales process. One of the main benefits for us is the ability to show cross-platform workflow so our prospects really understand our product's value.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

So far, nothing really. We see the product evolving quickly and real efforts to answer our needs.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to free our devs from the sales team requirements and to create standardization in our demo process. It also helps our customers understand our product sooner and more in-depth.

  ### 26. If you need deal velocity in solution sales, you need this!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian J. | Account Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

When working in Solution sales, this is just a must-have. It significantly changes the way you sell a custom solution, as you are able to show-case how it will look like and help the champion take this internally and show the case to a broader group of decision-makers and stakeholders.

If you already see benefits in using videos and making solution sales this is going to take you to the next step.

We currently use it for a bespoke demonstration to users and show different workflows and outcomes our solution can provide in combo with CRM, ERP, HRM, or sometimes in-app of the customer's own solution.

Our next step is to test this out for a broader audience: What happens if the customer can access it directly on our website for some of the most common requests (e.g. HubSpot, SFDC, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The product is still a bit early, so there are a few gaps and errs along the way. However, the CSM team are fantastic to work with and take feedback instantly through Slack. So you have direct communication, which is great. On the changes side; They roll out new features and fixes at a rapid pace. I am sure their devs have a wishlist that is a page with infinite scroll.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping our customers visualize how the solution will work and look like.

It helps close deals faster and free up tech-sales resources, as they can pre-build the most common requests. This allows Sales reps to speed up the sales process and also onboard customers faster as implementation will have an exact idea of the outcome the customer is expecting and looking for.

  ### 44. Super useful tool for sales demos!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmanuel F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

It’s so easy to customize, edit and create bespoke demos per client.
The interface is super friendly, doesn't necessitate any coding or designing skills (which is a good thing for me), and I was able to learn pretty quickly how to use it.
During the actual sales call, the execution is absolutely seamless, clients appreciate the personalized demo, unaware of the automation or the shortcut involved. It feels like some sort of guarantee this part of the sales call is going to be smooth.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The system is still new, and although the learning curve is quite fast, covering all use cases is a work in progress. Other than that, it's a pretty great solution for me, and I have yet to find out the downsides to be honest!

**Recommendations to others considering Walnut:**

I'd simply encourage them to trial the tool and see for themselves. Other solutions are not as friendly and easy to use when you lack designing/coding skills.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cutting time to demo by 50%, while maintaining high quality, reducing uncertainty around the demo's performance in real time (technical issues, bad connection, bad rendering of the "home-made" demo, etc...), avoiding the classic awkwardness of a failed demo.

Prior to finding out about Walnut, the process of demo creation used to be extremely time-consuming and tedious, often involving resources such as the company's studio/designers team, or outsourcing the demos. This was rather inconvenient, demos were not up to my standards and we often had to give up last minute and conduct sales calls without a personalized demo. And as most salespeople know, a good demo is no guarantee to close a deal, but a bad one can definitely hurt your chances to do so.

  ### 49. Walnut makes sales demonstrations easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

How easy it is to create sales demonstrations. Sales demonstrations have really helped us increase our conversion rates for our SaaS product, and Walnut is the easiest tool that I have used to do this. I like that their is no coding or graphic knowledge required, which means that our design and development teams can focus on creating the SaaS, instead of selling it. The pricing is fantastic too. We received a custom offer and it was far lower than the competition, certainly lower than hiring someone else to build them, and lower than if we did it in-house.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I haven't a single issue that I can think of at the moment.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut sales demonstrations have increased the conversion rate of our SaaS like nothing else. While Walnut isn't the only tool that helps to create demos, it's the best, in my opinion. Without sales demonstrations, our sales and marketing teams would be severely impacted. I believe we have seen a 17% increase in proposal acceptances since using Walnut.

  ### 50. Walnut makes sales demos easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Sales demos are the best way to sell a solution to a client. It helps the client to visualize and play with the end result. Prior to using Walnut, our team had been using an offshore provider to create sales demonstrations for us. While their demos were good, having an in-house solution through Walnut has made things much easier. Walnut is on-demand, inexpensive, and incredibly easy to use. My team really appreciates the no-code, no-design approach. This saves us tremendous amounts of time and frustration.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I've been using Walnut for just over two months and I have no issues to speak of. The team provides good support.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Walnut to demonstrate solutions to clients on sales calls. Think of it as a pre-MVP. The time and financial is low, but demonstrations really help us close deals.
