What do you like best about Walnut?

Walnut has truly transformed how our marketing and sales teams showcase our platform to prospects and customers. It's a great tool for generating warmer leads and accelerating the sales pipeline by allowing people to see our product before they even reach out to a salesperson. I also appreciate the rate at which Walnut is innovating. Its new AI demo creation capabilities have drastically reduced the amount of time it takes to create compelling and engaging demos. What do you dislike about Walnut?

As with most software, there's a bit of an initial learning curve as a new user. But there's a ton of resources and documentation to help get people up to speed pretty quickly. There are also times when we've experienced some capture issues, but nothing their support team hasn't been able to help us fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Walnut?

They've really leveled up the experience of building demos. It's much easier now to build walnuts dependant on a lot of different screens and data points. This was the most important enhancement to improve our adoption of the solution. They also offer offline mode now which was a major request. Their customer success team is also very supportive with trainings and guidance, I feel setup for success working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

Since they improved the screen capturing capabilities, I don't have any major issues with the product. I'd love for them to continue to improve how you can demo mobile apps on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Walnut does not provide renewal notices and requires written notice of termination. In this day and age, this practice is not only outdated, it’s incredibly customer unfriendly. Beware they will intimidate you to renew. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Walnut?

I love the fact that it enables our teams to scale our demo process. We are moving at a high velocity and often, there is not enough time to schedule a 1:1 demo per customer.
