What do you like best about Walnut?

I appreciate Walnut for its ability to effectively tackle content drift, ensuring that the product value communicated during sales aligns perfectly with what users experience during onboarding and training. This functionality significantly reduces the time to value and lessens the workload on support teams by addressing dock issues effectively. I also find the Salesforce integration extremely valuable, as it plays a key role in linking key demos and coaching metrics, which are crucial for maintaining smooth operations and in-depth analysis. The seamless integration with our CRM systems stands out as a major advantage, adding to the overall efficiency and cohesiveness of my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

I found the customization of Walnut somewhat challenging, particularly when dealing with complex multistep scenarios. The image at the top of the browser's extension was confusing and slightly hindered the customization process. Additionally, the flow estimation process and the complexity associated with using the editor for adjustments proved to be problematic.
