While Walnut is a powerful platform, I’ve noticed a few limitations from a sales engineering standpoint. Customizing very complex or deeply interactive workflows can sometimes be challenging, since it’s still a simulated environment and not a live product. Managing frequent product updates also requires periodic recapturing to keep demos current, which can be time-consuming. Additionally, the analytics, while insightful, could go deeper into user behavior patterns to help fine-tune demo narratives.
