What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

We’ve had an outstanding experience using AgencyZoom across our district. It has truly transformed the way we track and manage agent production.

The platform provides incredible visibility into performance, allowing us to easily monitor activity, identify trends, and coach our agents more effectively. The dashboards are intuitive, and the reporting tools make it simple to stay on top of key metrics without wasting time digging through data.

One of the biggest advantages is how it drives accountability and consistency across our teams. Our agents know exactly where they stand, what’s expected, and how to improve. It has helped create a culture of transparency, motivation, and growth.

Additionally, the automation features save a significant amount of time, allowing our team to focus more on selling and less on administrative work. From pipeline management to follow-ups, everything is streamlined and efficient.

One area for improvement is recruiting functionality. We would love to see AgencyZoom expand its capabilities to better support recruiting efforts, as this is a critical part of growing and maintaining a strong district. What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I've used a CRM in the past when I worked in property management. I know how well it can help streamline processes, in any industry. This is a new platform in our small insurance agency, but has really helped keep our tasks on track and help see where we're all at in quoting clients. What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?

I wish we could upload or import a CSV to create unique email lists for blasting clients that meet certain criteria. As it is now, we have to create a unique tag for clients to create those specialisted email lists. That takes a lot of time. I also wish when we upload our book of business that tags would generate based on the types of policies each client has. Right now we're having to manually add tags to each client. What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I like that AgencyZoom is customizable in so many ways. We can make it do exactly what we need when we need it and add any other steps to our automation. The pipeline customization is really helpful too, allowing us to build out stages that match our real sales flow, including quote started, remarket, binding, onboarding, etc. It integrates well with tools like Zapier, Cognito Forms, Twilio, and our AMS. What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I like that the automations in AgencyZoom are very powerful. They offer a lot of different basic options that, if used the right way, can address complex situations for different leads or customer cases. This is especially helpful because reaching out to hundreds of customers or potential customers throughout the day can be challenging while also attending to other tasks. What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?

I think tasks created in AgencyZoom are an area for improvement. It's not a project management or task management software, and I've used Asana for years, which offers more options. There is redundancy when creating checklists or task lists inside AgencyZoom, and I prefer handling those in Asana. What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I like that the design is very user-friendly, and new producers and service people can start clicking around quickly and understand how things work. The onboarding process is smoother and shorter due to this, which helps everyone get up to speed more quickly. What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?

I think some things that are lacking are just the task management feature. You can't really click to dial right from the task list. You have to go into each additional contact card, which slows down making those calls. It would be nice to see some sort of dialer function that would allow those to go much more quickly with voicemail drops, some of these features that other CRMs have. And then, of course, I would love to see more AI in there as far as AI note-taking, linking AI to reply to our Google reviews as we get them, things of that nature that would make the flows easier and more automated, and just from a functionality standpoint, require less manual work. Another challenge was getting the sync between our AMS and AgencyZoom to sync properly with Nowcerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I love the integration with RingCentral, as it automatically saves recorded phone calls, text messages, and integrates well with our email system, which means it saves emails too. This feature helps ensure we don't forget to add important notes from conversations with leads or current insured clients. I love that I can adjust some automations very easily based on the success of our campaigns or approaches. It's also convenient to have everything in one place with AgencyZoom, where I can manage texting and move leads along the process, and I find the texting templates really helpful. What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?

I find it frustrating that you cannot customize pipelines in AgencyZoom. We just have a new life application within the carrier I work with, and since the existing pipelines are already set up and cannot be edited, they don't work with our new process. I would also love for there to be an option in the automation to automatically send an email or text when certain tasks are completed, like if we call a lead and they don't answer, it would be great if marking the call as complete could automatically trigger a text message. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty overwhelming, especially for someone not using those pre-built automations. What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I use AgencyZoom for my Farmers Insurance Agency and really appreciate its ability to help me track my producers' production each month. The software is very well organized and allows for a good process in reaching out to leads. The feature I like most is the consistent communication, which synchronizes with other apps to schedule text messaging and email, making it possible to communicate with potential customers en masse. This is a real lifesaver, especially for reaching out to old, dated leads that weren't closed before but might be in the future. What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?

I'm not too big of a fan of the tasks feature in AgencyZoom. I can appreciate what it's meant to do, and it seems like it could be very useful, but honestly, it's not too accurate. It's not the best at determining the actual task needed for the day. What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I love how the dashboard and leads portions of AgencyZoom help us maintain our agency's goals and hit our numbers. The dashboard is very specific, letting us reflect on the types of leads being sold and identify markets we're not accessing enough. It enhances our conversations with producers by making discussions about their progress more specific and engaged. The leads portion allows us to monitor clients who need follow-ups to secure their insurance at the right time. The initial setup was very easy, with Joseph being instrumental in assisting with any setup or navigation questions. What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?

The differentiation between personal lines and commercial lines leads seems redundant. If we list them as commercial leads, then they are placed in a different space which makes navigating and monitoring those more cumbersome. We have just been adding commercial leads in our personal lines section and listing the policies quoted/sold as specific commercial policies so we can keep those numbers in the same agency bucket. What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I use AgencyZoom for every single touchpoint: sales, service, quotes, and even document uploads. It provides a central nervous system with everything in one spot, which makes a huge difference from the scramble system I used to have. I love the pipeline and all its features, especially the color tags—those are mind-blowing! The more color coding AgencyZoom has, the better. Being able to personalize tags and pipeline boxes is fantastic, with specific spots for service, leads, and even today's tasks. It's easy, simple, and so needed! The ability to customize colors helps me quickly see what each client needs, like a purple tag for new purchases and a bright green tag for DMI inspections scheduled. The setup was really easy, even for someone like me who's not great with tech. I also use it with Lightspeed VOIP phones, which is the best part. What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I use AgencyZoom to manage the sales cycle in my office, and I find it to be a very user-friendly CRM tool, probably the most useful I've ever used. I love the chat with support feature; it's useful, fast, and efficient, making the customer support the best I've ever used. No question or issue has been too big or too small for them. They help quickly and effectively, even with setup in a continuously changing environment. The follow-up automation with options to use video, text, or email along with call reminders is excellent. It allows me to easily find prospects when the end of the month approaches, giving a needed push to close sales.
