Is AgencyZoom free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, AgencyZoom does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is AgencyZoom pricing best suited for?

AgencyZoom's pricing is best suited for small insurance agencies, a conclusion strongly supported by G2 reviewer demographics — the overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers are from small businesses with 50 or fewer employees, nearly all operating in the insurance industry. G2 users in this segment consistently highlight automation, lead pipeline management, sales tracking, and client communication as core value drivers. A small number of mid-market insurance firms also appear in G2 reviews of AgencyZoom with positive sentiment. Agencies relying on integrations with tools like RingCentral, EZLynx, Vertafore, or QQ Catalyst will find AgencyZoom's pricing most justified when those integrations are fully utilized.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of AgencyZoom?

AgencyZoom offers no free tier. Based on G2's pricing data for AgencyZoom, the pricing model is subscription-based with tiered plans and custom quotes available for enterprise needs. G2 reviewers indicate meaningful feature differentiation across AgencyZoom's tiers: advanced data analysis, certain automation capabilities, and analytics features require higher-tier plans. One G2 reviewer explicitly notes that features they consider standard are paywalled behind premium tiers. Another reviewer states they wish AgencyZoom offered a flat-rate price for all features rather than tiered access. No free trial is mentioned in AgencyZoom's pricing structure on G2, making tier selection a critical upfront decision for prospective buyers.

Is AgencyZoom considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly rate AgencyZoom highly, with the majority awarding 4.5 to 5 stars, signaling strong satisfaction relative to cost. G2 users in insurance frequently cite automation, pipeline management, and client communication consolidation as delivering outsized value for small agencies. However, pricing concerns do surface: multiple G2 reviewers flag that key analytics and advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, one reviewer notes pricing keeps increasing over time, and another states the cost exceeds some competing CRMs. One reviewer explicitly praised AgencyZoom's pricing as reasonable, and another called value exceptional. The consensus from G2 reviews of AgencyZoom is a net-positive value assessment, particularly for agencies that fully leverage automation.

What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

Interface/platform is easy to use and understand. It was easy to setup our pipelines, train, and begin using it with customers. Saved us so much time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?

I wish it wasn't tiered levels - and simply a flat rate price for all features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I like the ability to access some basic information and contact details without needing the full AMS credentialled login. It also provides truncated policy numbers that I can use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?

I find it very limited and wish it was improved. You have to have a full AMS access to get a copy of Declarations pages. AgencyZoom prompts you for the login, which does not help me as I choose not to pay for a separate login for AMS due to cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
